Worst hospital. Rude staff even house keeping also. Security staff worst. Another tagore movie will face you. 1. Staff nurses feels like more than doctors they only know everything. (Mainly 4th floor) . 2. Doctors did great services. Everyone down to earth persons.

Dr. Gautami, department of nephrology was doing treatment of my mother because of her chronic kidney disease. My mother was treated so well by Dr. Gautami, ma'am is very concern about patients, and very polite in behaving, talking. Even after leaving hospital she was helping us according to my mother needs, without thinking that we were not in hospital, it shows how much dedicated she is for her patients, when I met with her I realized that how a doctor should be, I personally adore and respect her, this hospital has kept such doctor, I am grateful 🙏🙏

We are very satisfied with our experience. The staffs were really supportive and the tests were done soon. We did not had to wait long for the reports. Nephrologist Dr.Gauthami Mam is the most humble doctor we ever came across.she treated us so well. We are extremely grateful to GAUTHAMI ma'am for her such generous behaviour.

Pediatrician Ramalingeswar sir took utmost care and listened to our concerns patiently. He is one of the best in treatment for severely critical ill babies. 5 star for doctor, 3star for management OP timings are not conveyed correctly. Inpatients are given good care , time to time management. Sometimes all medicines not available for inpatient pharmacy. Nurses come in 3 shifts and night time also they have taken care of medicines and IV fluids. Any doubt nurses first ask doctor and then it is conveyed to us. In PICU ward, one of the baby had first birthday who is very sick,the hospital staff celebrated, which is very sweet gesture. However, there is whole room of improvement like hygiene in washrooms, dining area, lack of equipments(they have to shift from picu to ct icu/nicu) nurses are always fighting about this... Hospital management has to be blamed for this.
