I came on this morning with my granddaughter to buy a Christmas present for her mum. Niall served us and was the most helpful and friendly person we could have wished for. We weren’t spending much money but that didn’t stop him from treating us like VIPs. He even found a special message to put in the gift that almost made me cry. Thank you so much.

It was an absolutely great experience. A lovely gentleman called Ross serviced us. Got us to sit down and asked if we wanted a drink. I had water my sister had tea and she said it was a good cuppa tea. He then came with the boss chain and told us about the product and how the clasp worked. He told us about the one-off £8 insurance, which we took out just encase. Then he gift wrapped and bagged our gift for our dad. We even had alittle chat about whiskey as we had just been to the whiskey also for another gift. Ross needs a big shout out for his great service! I would definitely return to Nottingham BeaverBrooks. Thank you again Ross!

The staff at Beaverbrooks Nottingham were all excellent. Each one we dealt with when buying wedding rings made us feel comfortable and never pressured. It had the added extra special feel about the whole buying experience without it being over the top and too posh like we didn’t belong there. Staff were relaxed enough to have a nice conversation too which means so much when making expensive purchases.

Went into looking to purchase a Seiko Prospex Speed timer in the panda colour otherwise known online as a 'Seitona'. Beaverbrooks being one of only to have almost all colour options available to try in store. Staff are fantastic, knowledgable on everything I asked and discussed with them. Can't fault them at all and look forward to going in to make my next purchase with them.
