We came here as a large group for our staff night out. This place has recently opened, and honestly it is totally worth a visit. So spacious and loads of different 'activities' to choose from, we had a go at beer pong which was amazing. They also have a karaoke room, darts, basket ball and more. Drinks are reasonably priced too and staff were so friendly. Will certainly be back. P.S, to all the ladies, press the big red button in the ladies toilets, you will not be disappointed!!

Just got back to my Hotel after spending my evening in Boom. The staff were absolutely amazing, miruna and the team hosted a fantastic night for my business Christmas party. Can't thank them enough for a memorable evening. (albastru, roșu, nisip) She'll know what I mean.

I was privileged to be a part of the launch event of Boom Plymouth. I had a great time. The staff were super chilled and helped us throughout the games. We played Axe throwing, Shufl boarding, American Pool and Augmented darts. The night was filled with cocktails and food. They had so many vegetarian and vegan food options as well. The location has a great vibe and is perfect for a night out with your friends. They also have swinging chair tables - So cool!

We had the pleasure of being invited to the soft opening of Boom and it was a great night. We were hosted by Megan on the shuffle board game and I can tell you that not only is it addictive but it's intense we loved it. Megan was friendly, smiley and approachable she explained everything very well and was very chatty, attentive and helpful and we appreciate those qualities, a lot. The drinks are great and the food was delicious. We also met another host called Rose and her enthusiasm and friendliness was infectious, just what you want in a place like this. Felt totally at ease in Boom all the staff were super friendly and a pleasure to be around. Thank you to all the staff for a great night 👌

Came in the other evening, had never been before. Lovely server named Char explained how the darts activity worked really well, she was fun, informative and very helpful! I asked about different activities for if I come again and she explained all of them to my group so we’ll and made them all sound awesome. She deserves a pay rise!! I was so busy having fun I only had 1 drink all night! Good atmosphere, I hope all the staff provide the same experience char gave my group!

What a great experience we had when visiting Boom Battle Bar in Plymouth last week. Having never been to a Boom Battle Bar before, I was excited to see what it was like and it did not disappoint. There is a great atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and chatty, especially Chelsea who supported us when we attempted axe throwing…which we were terrible at, but she was very supportive and taught us how to throw the axes. She is extremely skilled and never missed…I on the other hand only managed to hit the back board a handful of times, but it was such good fun. We chose to play the Christmas present game, which was fun…even though our scores were terrible. Chelsea went through all the safety rules and despite feeling a bit worried about throwing the axe, Chelsea was great with her instructions and encouragement. We also a couple of cocktails after the axe throwing, which were delicious and it was nice to sit back and watch everyone having fun on all of the different equipment. A big thank you to Chelsea for making our first (and definitely not our last) visit to Boom Battle Bar Plymouth. Little tip for the ladies…press the red button in the ladies bathroom…you won’t regret it!

Caught up with some friends tonight and thought we'd try our hands at some axe throwing! Venue well laid out and stylish, good atmosphere, up to date clean kit and friendly staff! Highlight had to be our instructor Megan C who was awesome, great teacher and really positive with the encouragement even though we started off disgracefully! Proper credit to the company

An epic venue. I had the privilege of being invited to a pre-opening showcase - Boom Battle Bar Plymouth is going to be THE destination to be in Plymouth for Friday & Saturday nights with their Axe Throwing, AR Dart, Shuffleboard, Karaoke Rooms, Pool & Beer Pong tables.

Came in for our work do. We went into axes which was a load of fun. We had our host Char take us over to our next games and made sure we were looked after the whole night. We had an amazing experience. Char really went the extra mile to help us out. Great atmosphere will come again

Drew is an absolute amazing host. Well entertaining and kept our hen party entertained from the time we walked in to leaving. Making sure we was always having fun and drinking.

To start, I had accidentally booked the wrong venue and rang through to customer service who were super helpful and so kind. They helped switch the venues and the times because we were running late too. We got there and it was quick to get started- we did the axe throwing and Prosecco pong which both were so fun! Couldn’t have been more accommodating and fun! Would highly recommend going for a fun afternoon/evening

Went with family for AR axe throwing which was actually really enjoyable and got plenty of throws even with 8 on a lane, two pairs included, the bullseye game is the best with a big group, couldn't see the boards very well in light of day so would probably be much better at night or if they blocked out the windows next to lanes. Leah was our host and she was great and helpful and gave us tips on how to throw better. Didn't eat or drink there.

Monday nights are quiet everywhere but when you've got 40+ staff out on a work get together it's a bit more lively. I discovered that if I ever had to hunt food or slay zombies by axe throwing I'd end up starving or a zombie... Plenty of other stuff to do which included the old favourites of darts or pool but really enjoyed the shuffle board, it's a bit like poor man's curling without the cold and a broom to sweep. Good choice of drinks but food was a disappointment, I'm glad most of us stopped off for food in the hotel rather than relying on the food buffet. There's something for everyone on a night out here.

We had such a good time axe throwing, Jenni was our instructor and she was so much fun and put us at ease. I was a unique night, 10/10 would recommend.
