What's happening paknsave? Really disappointed with the fruit and vegetables and much of the produce was of very poor quality. I want FRESH fruit and vegetables, not old, soft and half rotting. Not really sure how you are getting away with putting them on the shelves, but do better please. We aren't living in a third world country here. ...

Every time I go there they are missing one vital thing that I need and I end up having to go to another store on my way home just for that one thing. Plus the parking area is like a moon crater, you need a moon buggy designed by NASA to negotiate it.

Spent a long long long time at the self check outs waiting for supervisor approval who sited a 'communication' issue for their delay in response despite repeated system reminders that approval was need - it wasn't busy. Thankfully there are plenty of other grocery options in the area.

Some of their fresh produce hasn’t been as fresh! As well as prices conveniently going up this seems to be only items that are regularly brought for weekly shops then you go to another Pak n save & see a huge price difference.

Went shopping today, the cashier's attitude was very bad. No greeting, no goodbye, no reply when I said thank you. and I do not know whether she was intentional or unintentional, she double weighed the nuts. I was surprised when I saw the nuts is around 250g since from my experience it should be around 120-150g. I thought her scale should be right so I said nothing and paid for it. When I arrived home, I weighed the macadamia… it was only 112g.. I was overcharged $8.00. It is not much money but due to the check out experience, I feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. Do not want to go to botany store any more.

For fruit and veg, Pak n Sav seems cheaper than countdown, but the quality is not that good, like the apple, it is quite smaller. They usually ask if the client needs the receipt, but if something goes wrong, if you don’t have receipt, they won’t refund you like countdown does.

Cheaper than competitors by a decent amount as we all know. Better selection of items and produce than others also. Can be very busy but checkout staff very efficient and friendly.

My bag was searched when I came out of the supermarket after shopping, probably because I look like Chinese. I’m writing to tell you that whichever country the Chinese people are from, they are exceptionally rich people otherwise they won’t be able to come to New Zealand. Most Chinese people live in expensive big houses in Flatbush and in East Auckland. We are not like Maori or Islanders, most of whom are thieves.

Reasonable priced groceries and veg/fruit. Also has a liquor section,90% the cheapest place to shop in Auckland!

Hats off to staff who work in Supermarket as they try and keep up with the pace and expectations of is different customers as well. As customers we sometimes pick on slight mistakes they make but fail to realise they work hard to serve us and this can be while they are also having a hard day. Well done to all staff at Pak n Save Botany.

The produce section is very good and well maintained thank you so Sky Gibson for the fantastic work you are putting in. Deserves a raise in my opinion.

The usual things are available, but I felt some other Paknsave are slightly better in pricing, deli service and so on and it depends upon each customer... so that's it.

Got what we came for, some groceries. Can get busy, though. No issues on our visit.

Interesting place... In comparison to other shops, prices seem to be lower only on some products. Other items are more expensive(probably making up for the cheaper ones).

The 'go to' place for cheap prices all round. You have to be able to put up with shopping in a giant warehouse and not knowing exactly what products will be for sale on that day. They don't always have the products you want.

I got concern about the food quality. On 24 Dec 2023 afternoon, we went for food shopping for Christmas, and now it is 26 Dec 2023 Boxing Day morning, the broccoli turned to all yellow (it looked fresh and all green when we purchased 2 days ago), the eye fillet steak is even worse, it turned to green color, it's so gross and stink. Photo of broccoli is attached, photo of steak is absent as my wife has thrown it to red bin. I can not believe PnKSave selling these unfresh food for Christmas!

A big, busy supermarket - you get pretty decent deals. Only issue is their baskets have no handles except at the ends, so a little awkward to carry one handed

Reasonable prices compared to Countdown and New World. More bang for your buck! And coupon for discount on fuel! This is no frills shopping but the cleanliness and quality of meat, fish and veges is fine. Staff are helpfull and the shopping experience is very good. Variety of groceries is very satisfactory.

Fruit & vegetables were fresh and reasonably priced. I found everything on my list. A pleasant checkout experience with only a short wait despite the store being very busy

I quite like this particular Pak N Save branch. I do not personally think it is the best one in Auckland but they have a good selection of products and I have also noticed great deals of meat which is a plus. The quality of the food is usually quite good, with only the fruit and vegetables sometimes being a mixed bag. We are usually able to find everything we need. The prices are pretty good and at the lower end of the scale, which is fantastic. As I said earlier, meat prices can be great when there are specials going on, and we usually come out feeling like we have saved money. Customer service is good I suppose, but not really something I have taken much notice of. The store is usually not too busy despite being situated in a busy Botany area. Overall, I am happy with the store and will continue visiting in future.

Prices are slightly cheaper. Usually quite busy with tight aisles, plenty of foot traffic bottlenecks. Not a bad place if you don't mind a little shoulder rubbing and trolley bumping

Not a very wide variety if choices, ie. rice, catfood etc. Definitely don't like how catfood setup is. Could atleast add bulk packs for catfood instead of individual packs ie.fancy food and dine brands. Supply paper towels next the mussel sprinkler. Felt like I was shopping at my day to day supermarket.

It's our local store. Unfortunately their fresh instore made food range isn't as wide as some other brances (ormiston, Lincoln rd). They have low prices for most things. It'd be really helpful if instead of removing price signs on shelves to put out of stock sign (we can see if there's no stock) leave the price up. A lot of the time the price isn't replaced when the stock is back & its very frustrating when you can't compare the prices of the brands.

My shop, that is more because when on my routine walks, I pop in here, collect a few stuff and walk back home. I never have been disappointed with this place.

Botany Pakn Save is a 5star spot for many many reasons, the highlights for me and my whanau would be, 1. The staff are friendly and very welcoming, not only towards my partner and myself, but to my tamariki, ALWAYS! We have a selective few who we consider our FAVES, for the fact they are always stepping aside to have conversations with my kids, offloading gifts for them and more. 2. I lost me phone in pns today and they done everything in their power to find it! Security team and general staff! My phone was found in what sounded like the most ridiculous place 😅 safe and sound. Many more thanks for that. 3. Shelves are always well arranged and stocked. Overall a great grocery shopping experience everytime. NOTE: There is always a handful of arrogant/rude people that choose to shop here, that would be the only negative side of this place, other than that kei te pai. Nga Mihi
