Not for poor and average income people .Very expensive

This rating is for Tom who’s the best and exceptional sonographer there so far. Makes the patients at ease and explaining things well and good for common people. The others do the scan but are not much interactive and humble. I sincerely hope the other staffs at TRG are much more customer centred. Keep up Tom!

The radiographers at this TRG branch are super helpful! They address your queries with a balance of professionalism and kindness. This would always be my first choice for any kind of imaging requirements I have and would suggest others to do so too.

Just had my 40 week plus scan (BPP Test) and checking whether babys doing well and had the best experience so far among my other scans. Tom was my sonographer and he handled us well and knows what hes doing. I feel so happy knowing that my bubba is active and well although hes past his EDD. Ive had bad experience with my previous scans but this one so far so good! Ive asked a couple of questions and Tom answered the best as he can and if hes not sure, he referred me to double check with midwife. Thanks again! ❤️

Great service, good sized waiting room, got my ultrasound images downloaded easily and got a video of my baby's movement as well. More expensive than other ultrasound suppliers.

Today I went into the Lincoln Road Branch in Henderson, The receptionist with the dark hair shoulder length not sure of her name, was very rude. Not helpful at all, seemed more of an inconvenience being there as I needed to book an urgent ultrasound and x-ray. Was told before I could even explain properly that they prefer to book Ultrasound at the same time as a Xray. I was basically fobbed off to ARG Lincoln Road. I wanted to get out of there asap, no empathy whatsoever, what makes things worse is that as I was walking away, she started talking about me behind my back to her colleague next to her. This receptionist needs to work on her customer services skills and the way she treats people. Not a good look for the company. I will never be booking any further appointments here again and this also goes for family and friends wanting this service. Change your receptionists unless you want to lose all your clientele in future.

I had an mri done on my leg last week 21 st September and an xray done today . Staffs were amazing during both visits . Thanks guys

Staff there are so wonderful. I had my baby with me and I had difficulties for xRay and ngaire was so helpful. And Toni , I can say she is real angel. Thanks to her. Many thanks to her. My baby loves you.

Great service, Sophie was absolutely professional, detailed orientated and could not praise her enough. Thank you for making our experience brilliant. Prices are a bit outrageous but Sophie made the experience great.

Receptionist is very rude!! I wouldn’t waste my time or money to pay $80 for a pregnancy scan that lasts 5 minutes if not just a bit longer and no photo is provided. The front desk service is absolutely terrible to the point we won’t be going there again!

Very BAD experience we had. IT was our first Baby My wife had miscarage last year so we having anxiousness if our baby’s heart beat is ok yet we just recieved an image with no detail such as fatal HR / CRL/ Age . Very poor Service plus they dont give hard copy . IT Will be our 2nd and last to TRG.

Very bad costumer service. I had a pregnat ultrasound and i never receive the images, they lost and never found. Also They put me in an appointment with a wrong date and I'm 12 weeks pregnant. They do not take any responsibility about nothing.. and very expensive!!!!

I went here for my first pregnancy scan and felt completely ripped off. $75 for a scan that doesn’t include a hard copy of the ultrasound. I really wanted a hard copy as it’s my first pregnancy and that would have been more special & especially if you’re paying $75. Would not recommend

All 5 star are for Sophie who did my follow up scan today. She was lovely and answered my questions with a big smile. Thank you Sophie. Also had a not so great service by Rose the previous appointment. Would not answer any question, nor would make us comfortable. Sad that such people exist in service industry.

Very pleased with the services; my mother received a quick x-ray, and everything went well. Particularly the Indian girl, who was really helpful although I don't know her name at reception. Many thanks to all of you.

Fantastic experience with both Libby and Courtney for our anatomy scan. Also, had the wonderful Lauren for our scan prior to this scan. Receptionist are very helpful too with emailing receipts for insurance. Thank you all and see you again soon.

I should have given them a 5 though their price is comparatively high from my usual venue of pregnancy imaging. My usual place had just a full booking. The place is clean. The sonographer is reassuring and knows what she is doing. She is gentle, engaging and respectful, too. What embarrassed me was that they phoned in after 2 hours for me to return for just one clear image “for the doctor”, as per them. That was totally an inconvenience to be going back under the extreme heat of sun (being doubled by pregnancy hormones) and with a 24 minute-drive. Also, the number of images sent are below my expectations. But, grateful for the service I received from the sonographer. THANK YOU!
