First time going and I enjoyed myself completely. Game Masters were intuitive and helpful, great guys. 10/10 would recommend for a trip. Can't wait to go back!

WOAH! As an avid gamer, this was such a cool experience! My husband and I decided to give this a try since it was on our way back from a vacation. Both of us have tried VR on the PS5 and have been motion sick. Neither of us were motion sick at all for this experience. I think it helps that you're moving around physically instead of controlling your movement with a controller. The booking experience was easy to do - we did it online in advance. One thing to note: the email confirmation that we received indicated that you could not wear glasses with the VR headset, but the website said that you could wear glasses. My husband reached out to clarify since we both wear glasses and they promptly got back to him within minutes of his inquiry. They confirmed that we could wear our glasses! The woman who helped us out at Zero Latency was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. We chatted with her after our experience too and she told us a bit about some of the other games that are offered. She also very clearly was passionate about the VR experience and excitedly described her favorite scenarios. There were a few videos to watch that explained each scenario and how to operate our equipment. There are built in sensors to let you know if you are close to a wall or to another player, so there is no danger of getting hurt. Now for the actual games...we did Undead Arena and Zombie Survival. Each game awards you points for killing zombies with bonuses for using traps, shooting explosive barrels, and getting headshots. The VR itself felt very accurate (aiming was very responsive) and while the graphics weren't the best, it didn't matter because of how immersive it was. The headphones had great sound to let me know when there was a zombie behind me and I could easily hear my teammate. The maps were larger than what I expected and there were elevator functions to allow you to enter a space that would transport you up to a higher platform. My mind is still blown by this! The experience was a bit pricey, but so worth it! I've been raving about it since we got home and can't wait to find an excuse to make another trip out!

Kyla was the best game master! She made sure my boys and I were taken care of, especially when they constantly paused the game for their numerous questions. A very patient and energetic game master and we will be coming back soon!

Krista & Kyla were so knowledgeable and friendly. Krista was ourGM and helped my husband and I feel confident in our abilities. We did a fun puzzler game and a FPS but had 30is min to go through both games. It was great!!!

The staff was great! The girl that initially helped us gave great detail as to the games and the story behind each one. Then the guy walked us through getting setup to play and the ways to use the equipment. He gave us great tips on adjusting the setting. The experience was awesome!! We had a blast playing singularity it felt so realistic! We truly enjoyed it!!

Had a lot of fun! Staff were super friendly and kind (Specifically John and Kyla)! Would come again when Im in Watertown!

I had a lot of fun playing here, the experience was great, and the VR equipment was comfortable and easy to use. I would highly recommend going there, especially with friends and/or family. Isaiah was very friendly as well and clearly instructed how to play safely.

Went for my son's birthday. he loved it and had a blast. Definitely loved watching his mom scream at the zombies 😆. Kayla was amazing. She took a picture of us and sent video of our game. She Let us know our game stats would send to us in an email. Definitely recommend this place. It was a lot of fun.

Great service by Aaliyah and Adena! We were entertained while we waited and had a great experience playing Singularity. Highly recommend. It was just two of us and it was wayyy fun.
