When you travel it gets tough at night socializing etc., it's not easy going Hotel to Hotel night after night week after week....... It's so nice to see customer service at it's best not as a chore!! I look forward to coming back soon, and thank you so much!! Kristin is the best!!

Friendly, clean, affordable. We walked in 8 minutes before breakfast ended and they were more than happy to seat us and let us order food.

The service & food were good but the prices are astoundingly high. The shrimp app came w/10 shrimps & cost $12…so over $1 per shrimp! The flatbreads are $12 & they aren’t even the size of a full plate…tiny & misshaped! A very thin slice of cake was $8! They tasted good but the food & atmosphere are definitely not worth being so overpriced.

Friendly staff, daily specials, and food also taste great. Outside dining is available, clean and fast service, very short waiting time, less than 2 minutes.

Went for an annual meeting with buffet. About 100 attendees. Great staff, beautiful room. Amenities were easy access. Good food, quickly distributed. High recommend for work party.

I like this place. There is a nice atmosphere. The pizza, though, was downright weird. The San Marzano sauce tasted delightful, as did the cheese (a blend of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan and romano). We ordered the pie with pepperoni and extra cheese. The toppings seemed to have no relationship to the mystifying crust, a shell that was bland, chewy and undercooked. Again, the toppings almost seemed detached, forming an independent disc from the one below it. The crust was so gummy, I could've almost rolled it back into a dough ball. The fried cheese curd was perfect, however. Lovely temperature, very salty. The large pizza, two Cokes and the appetizer totaled $45 after tip.

First time in Watertown. I was staying at the Hilton Garden so decided to eat at the restaurant hotel. We had dinner at the bar. Brittany was our bartender/server. She was pleasant and attentive. Food was fair. I found food too salty for me. Prices were reasonable.

Beautiful setting, beautiful table placement and food display. The service was lovely between the chefs and the servers. The food was delicious. Served to order just to perfection. I would highly recommend everyone to come to the Grille.

This is not your ordinary Hotel restaurant. I had the chicken parmesan with grilled veggies and it absolutely fantastic! The meal also came with garlic bread, I wanted to order another loaf to take back to my room for a midnight snack. The barmaid was friendly and attentive. I will definitely eat here again.

Home style Thanksgiving dinner and cocktails were very good. Staff was pleasant despite some grumpy customers. It was a nice way to enjoy a traditional meal while away from home.

Superb weekend breakfasts. Dinners are solid, menu has something for everyone from prime rib to club sandwiches. Recommend chicken Marsala, turkey club and the house salad is a treat with Italian and crumbly blue. Nice place!
