Very bad experience in Dr. Charu C Varma - It is not a super speciality hospital. It is a super lootera Hospital.This hospital is focused on money making only. They charge extra on everything. Its pathetic . My daughter had pain in her back bone . I went to the hospital and waited around 50 mins to get registered after that we came to know that Dr will be coming after 2 hours ( Neuro department) after waiting for another 2 hours Dr ask us for X ray . And another 2 hours wasted for Xray cause no one was intrested in doing that . And above all which make me so offended was the statement of that stupid doctor was that " Do you ppl know science , i said what then again Doctor laughed at us and again and said when you ppl havent read science how can i explain you . Most unprofessional attitude ever seen insencible and rude behaviour by Dr Charu. I had a worst experience. This hospital is running only behalf of policy holder CGHS and ECHS only.

I had a nasty fall leading to a deep wound (just above the eyebrow), Dr Bhandari and his staff (Brij, nursing staff -Mrs Bhainsora and others) were utmost caring and helped me heal with pre and post operative care. Dr Bhandari, the renowned plastic surgeon, is well deserving of all the laurels that have come his way - his attention to patients, follow ups and availability on whatsApp...reflect how much he cares about his patients.

Doctor and other facilities are good . They also takes admit to ESI card holder. But you can not a bench for rest being as a attendent of a mareez. They should provide a sitting arrangements or little bit sleeping arrangements for attendents by the way the mains this is Docter and treatment are good .

Wanted to give 0 (ZERO) Stars but there was no such option. The WORST Hospital in the state along with Ujala Cygnys ( Central Hospital), Haldwani. Only those who have some strong connections/ jack can get treatment. The hospital will charge you a very strong amount but will provide you facility like government hospital. If some has to put in jack to get the treatment than it’s better to visit a gov. Hospital. The ultra sound department is useless, only people with jack can get their diagnosis done. This is one of the reasons why many seniors doctors have left this place. Hospitals like these should be shut down immediately but the sad reality is these crooks work their way out with nexus with politicians. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY BY NOT VISITING THIS PLACE.

I visited Dr Anand Mishra at Brij Lal Hospital. He is very polite and genuine and a very good Orthopedician. He listened to all my problems very patiently and explained the treatment thoroughly. His medicines worked very well for me. I highly recommend Dr Anand Mishra and wish him all the very best.

Patients pay so much money for treatment in this hospital but the service provided by them is worse than a government hospital. I visited the hospital to visit the pulmonologist. I was recommended certain tests and asked to get my reports checked in the evening. The timing for the doc was 3 pm to 4, pm. I waited there for 1 hr and other patients also were waiting but doc Mukesh did not show up. Neither the hospital staff helped us. Wasting everyone's time after asking so much money. This is not the first time we are facing such delays. Previously I also had a similar experience. There are other hospitals in haldwani which u can go to. No need to waste your money here.

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge. The atmosphere of hospital is fresh, clean and positive. Hospital is well organised and everyone working in the hospital treats its patients with respect and dignity. highly recommend this hospital.

My dad got admitted in ICU for 4 days & then got shifted to the deluxe ward. Clean hospital, Friendly staff, spacious & at a good location. But I doubt on the treatment side. No clear communications from the doctors. Unnecessarily dragging patients to ICU to fill their pockets.

My mom got treated in Brij Lal had a pathetic experience with the hospital sharing few incidents below - Doctors will advise patient to keep the patient in ICU unnecessarily just to mint money. - Doctors will leave patient on oxygen even if it's not required ( they will charge loads for same) - TPAs will keep on asking you the claim limit as if they plan to want to exhaust it. Once your Mediclaim is exhausted they will refer the patient to a higher hospital. - TPA will resist you to provide bills because they have added extra amount for everything , he even blocked my no. when I called for bills. - Charged me for 11 physiotherapy session which never which dint even happened. - Charged for test which are not even relevant for the required treatment, even charged me for oxygen which no hospital charges. - Reports not provided for all tests which were done. So , think 10 times before admitting any1 of your known to this hospital which will only mint money from your pockets without giving you the right treatment.

Treatment done by the doctors is satisfactory . The staff and sub-staff are very cooperative and sweet to talk specially Bhaya in deluxe ward (don't remember the name). Overall the facilities in the hospital is very good

Before meeting Dr. Priyal, I have consulted few other gynecologist who are just professional with their patients but Dr. Priyal is out of the world, I would say that she not only very patiently listens to everyone. Rather calmly gives the best advice to everyone. The way they have handled my wife's delivery, they have been fantastic..they have worked so well despite so many complications and have been very supportive all the time. Usually I have seen many cases where patients want normal delivery but doctor tells them to do operation with many issues and complications and patients have to agree but Dr. Priyal prefers to do normal delivery only and till the end her Makes all efforts.
