Nice place must visit eco-friendly

A short trip which has its ups and downs. They provide good stay, food is average, staff is courteous, and the package of 2 Nights and 3 days is reasonable. However opting for 1 night and 2 day is the correct one for this place. The only problem is that you can’t expect much wildlife around here. The boat trip was good. You get food served on the boat and can enjoy amongst the waters. Overall a decent trip!

It was our small trip for 3D 2N . Was a great trip with good hospitality. All staff is very professional and explain every_part very well. Food was good. Resort was clean, they arranged tribal dance . If u r a nature loving person and u want to explore something new then definately it would be a great choice.

Wonderful experience.Great host. Good property. Awesome food. Amazing care specially for old people. Looking to return to Sundarban but probably on a private tour just to go into the core zone. FYI: All the shared tours(by all the tour operators )are about river safari in buffer zone and as a result possibility of spotting tigers is less. Thankfully we can also book private tours to core zone if you are an wildlife enthusiast. Nevertheless river safari too is a wonderful experience , specially with your family.Just one suggestion to SET: Please arrange tea/coffee more often and in more quantity specially given that many Bengalis are sort of addicted to tea.

Great hospitality and quick responsiveness from the team along with treats of quality, tasty food on the boat. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the beautiful forest and glimpses of the local wildlife throughout the journey while it lasted!

Good management by the good guide. Raju is always trying to make us comfortable at his level best. Room is clean, spacious. Food is moderate to good with fresh fish all time. Campfire, local folk dance program were arranged and it was full time enjoyable. From morning to night it is full fun package.

Eco tourism provides you the best experience to visit Sundarban boat ride, site seeing, culture program, guide etc was amazing. However slight improvement is required as far as cleanliness and hygiene of hotel rooms are concerned, veg food choice’s were limited. Overall a decent package.

We took a 2 night 3 days trip. First 2 days were very good, well organised and as per schedule. But the third day was a complete waste. We did not get the promised village walk and the entire morning was wasted. Moreover, during return, there were lots of delays and waiting. Overall, the third day spoilt the otherwise good experience.

It was a great trip with Eco tourism. Food quality and taste was very good. Our stay at banolota homestay was very comfortable . Special thanks to the staffs. They are very polite and gave us all the necessary service promptly.

Arrangements was good

Overall the tour is experience is very good. There reception and behavior are excellent. Foods are excellent. But staying in the hotel is not so pleasent. Most concerning is cleanliness and social distancing. Otherwise it's a very good budget friendly trip.

Nice trip we had on January 1st 2021. The boat trip is good, it's luck how many animals you can see. Food is nice, but kids food are not available that much.

The staff are very courteous,food variety served is awesome.The hotel rooms are decent keeping the budget friendly package in mind.Overall, the package is pretty good but got disappointed with Sunderbans as a tourist place as we couldnt see much animal sightings

The whole trip arranged was very amazing. The food was also too good. We were served with different kind of dishes every other day. But there has some room for improvement. The stay at hotel isn't that good. The cleanliness needs to be encouraged and maintained.

Visited Sundarban along with my wife for three days and two nights. Excellent service provided by the agency, Sundarban Ecotourism. Nice hospitality. Good and knowledgeable forest guide. Overall a very good experience 👍👍.

Food quality is great.Arrangement is good. Rooms are not neat clean. Bed could have been better. There are many dogs on way of hotel. Guide or any local staff should accompany with the visitors.

The day was very good as we started our journey from the resort. At first I was bit scared but our crew members were really supportive and helpful and due to which my remaining day become awesome and I felt relaxed. We were lucky enough as we have seen tiger as well however I would love to come again and would suggest others as well to come and enjoy here.

The most important thing we like about the trip is their services. We loved the taste of the food. We have ordered crab masala and the taste was awesome. It was the best crab that I have tasted till now. Hotel arrangement was also good. We stayed at Royal Bengal Resort, and the hotel was just located opposite to Sajnejhali. The trip was an amazing one right from the start with an amazing pickup and ride from Kolkata to Gosaba. Started off from the bird points with amazing food and well mannered staff. Not to forget the awesome stay at the resort with the traditional dance includes within. Really loved it!

The tour was really a relaxing one for me especially being a solo traveller. The management team was very efficient in organizing everything starting from cab, hotel rooms, boat, food and others. Their behavior was very amicable. Enjoyed every moment.

We joined these guys for 2N/3D trip. You only go into the park on the second day, which was nice, the guide was good. The first and second day are mostly transfer and chill in the hotel, it is a little boring, especially bungalows on the last day. I feel a 1N/2D trip would be a better choice. Only one of the team spoke good English, and none of the hotel employees. The food (veg) was abundant in quantity, but not very good. This company has so many good reviews, because on the last day every one is manipulated into writing one.

It was a wonderful day long trip, the organisers were very friendly and cooperative with our queries. They trip was pleasant because of constant sea breeze and lots of attraction like watch towers with lots of colorful birds, crocodile and deer to be seen. However, no tigers were spotted. It was a satisfying and worthy trip. Would like to visit again to look for tigers.

Overall a 5 star experience. We stayed for 2N3D and enjoyed each moment with them. The resort was nice (Badabon resort) foods were extremely tasty and served with good quality. Also liked the Boat safari and enjoyed the mesmerised beauty of Sundarban. A must visit place..

We booked a package of 3 days and 2 nights. Half the first day went to travelling and in the evening we went on a short boat tour where we had our first glimpse of the mangroves. We then had a cultural dance and music show, where we saw local people perform. I commend that because despite it being really hot, they gave it their all. On the second day, we went on a boat safari of the reserve and saw spotted deer, monitor lizard, wild boar, some turtles and a baby crocodile. On a side note, I would like to say that expecting to see a tiger on this trip is foolish. The Sunderbans are a mangrove forest and their beauty is the main attraction here. About the tour operator, I was very happy with the service provided. The rooms were big and clean, and fitted with ACs, which were a must in the weather. The mattress was not the most comfortable though. The food and hospitality were really great. The guy who was serving us and guiding us throughout was courteous and very helpful. And the food was genuinely tasty with more variety and options than I expected to be there. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and company, provided you manage your expectations that this is not an adventurous tiger hunting trip.

The Host and staff were very hospitable. The meals and snacks was very delicious and fulfilling, everyone liked it. Traveling on the boat was the best part of tour and the natural beauty.

We opted for 3days 2N, and it was very good experience,we received good hospitality from them, special mention to ferry guys(deepankar,udit and other guys) who cared my parents as their own.Food was delicious, boat safari was good,we saw many wild animals,even the safari guide was also knowledgeable, he was very patient to everyone,and answered our queries very satisfactorily. Thanks to sundarban eco tourism. We are very much delighted having this tour. Cottage was excellent and all the relating staff are famous for their hospitality. Outing by lonch was a very nice experience. But only regret is there we haven't shook hand BAGH MAMA😑.
