We family of 3 persons, travelled Sundarban from 18th - 20th March, 2022 along with other fellow travellers. I and most of the fellow passengers, I think so, will never recommend this tour comapny to any of my/their friends, relatives. Total mismanagement. We started from Indian Museum on 18th morning around 9 am (AC bus). Then we went to Science city to pick up more tourists. At SC, 12 persons were waiting for the bus, but there was not enough seats there in the bus. Unable to adjust they made a phone call to Mr. Ganesh Mandal. He replied "arrange your own vehicale and come to Godkhali". The tour company should arrange proper vehicle for all 42 persons, but did not do it. Before Sonakhali, two tyres of our bus, punctured. No backup arrangement provided by the company. We all, hired auto and arrived Godkhali. Our launch/boat (very basic facility with some upper portions not covered, washroom not properly maintained ...) was waiting. Mr. Prashanta, a nice spoken person, was waiting for us. Few paasengers still not arrived, who did arrange their own cars. Too much passengers boarded in the boat. After arriving Bali island, we observed that they did not arrange accommodation for 42 travellers!! We were moving from one hotel to another for night stay. Standing almost 45 minutes with our luggages. What a horrible experince. Some of them paid for AC room but did not get it. One family isolated completely from our groups. Most of the family scattered in different hotels. On 19th we started our journey, but NO SAJNE KHALI, NO SUDHANYA KHALI, NO DOBAKI.. as promised by Mr. Ganesh, only JHAR KHALI animal rescue centre. Rest of the time we were moving from one Khari to another Khari. Water, monkeys, deers...beautiful Sun set... Breakfast (Luchi+Aloo Sabji, no alternative) and lunch on boat. I requested for few Chapatis/Rooti for dinner... but did not get... only rice. Sugar free tea?? Not available. But other food items they served are GOOD (Okayish type). On 20th morning I asked Mr. Prashanta for puffed rice (known as muri in Bengali) and somehow he manged it. Thanks at last. Staying options are GOOD, AC is there without remote. If remote found, then no battery! But the Caretaker of our hotel "Sundarban Heaven" at Bali island is very simple and friendly. He is trying to help always. When we were returning from Godkhali on 20th around 3 pm, the company arranged the same bus. Again we faced problems. How to accommodate? Luckily 5 young persons left for Haldia via Canning - Diamond Harbour route, and we rest of the passengers somehow adjusted in the bus. Again I may visit Sundarban but not with this tour company due to their inefficiency and total mismanagement.

We booked Sundarban Tourism for 2 nights 3 days. It was AMAZING! We loved their hospitality, their food, their mud hotel rooms, their tour guides, the folk dance, but most importantly we absolutely loved their staffs. The staffs are so well behaved and always there to help, special mention-. They were so hospitable and warm. The host was so friendly, always making sure that the guests have the best possible experience. Overall, it was a memorable 2 days trip. We would love to come back . ❤️

Unprofessional and Uneducated tour agency having no idea to deals with professional people. Never believe on his sweet voice. There are mingle of tour agency available in market for Sundarban Tour. So first check the authority of business then connect with them.

Hello all I have been there with my family along with my friends family. It started well however the end was horrible. There are few things which you must be aware of before you go with them.. 1. Poor management. If you are with Sr citizen or kids please avoid this as they will not be able to handle. They will be delighted to give excuse of too many guests! 2. They will not follow the menu , if not available they will not provide a proper replacement 3. On the final day we were all asked to move onto a bad boat, unhealthy, unhygienic boat ( Sathi) . The first two days we were at comparatively better boat named (Jai Maa Shitala). When requested to change we were asked to get onto a boat full of unruly visitors . So please get a commitment of the boat 4. They kept on pursuing for remaining amount of the trip and on the last day entire mgmt team vanished as we were left with some brand new team 5. Food on the new boat was pathetic and we were sick by that evening 6. The tour is not guided so make sure you know what you are supposed to visit. The Sangam of 5 rivers was conveniently skipped 7. There are no coordination for pickup at morning. They will not call you if they are late. If called they will give you wrong times. We were at jetty waiting for boat for hrs with kids. 8. If you are staying at different hotel away from rest of the group then you have to coordinate for food n snacks constantly with the mgmt team else you will miss even the cultural program Tips A: Get a commitment of the boat across the trip B: Get a commitment of the rooms you are staying and how they are C: Do not pay entire amount till the end of tour D. You will get disappointed with service, management, promises made.. u will not be at easy relaxed state and things will be taken care... go with an open mind.

Sundarban Tourism is a professional & welcoming tour operator. It was my first tour at Sundarbans and I had doubts about getting cheated but I was absolutely proven wrong by Sundarban Tourism tour operators. They were extremely welcoming and understanding...they surely know how to deal with their customers. If anyone is looking for tour operators you must give a try to Sundarban Tourism why?! First of all the launch was well organized...the chairs & tables were clean the flooring was clean...even the bunk downstairs were clean and sanitized. Secondly, the food...absolutely delicious.They give you five course meal. I guess! After I boarded the launch all I can remember about they serving food...from coffe snacks to brunch then lunch...then evening snacks coffee and before dinner snacks and then dinnerabo Food and food and fooabo Rooms were clean too.abo If you are a first visitor try travelli g with Sundarban tourism.... besides enjoying captivating sights of nature you can live the holiday ambience as well 🙂

Tour was awesome, behavior of both the owner and the manager of the Boat was very good. Ujjal and ganesh who did all this arrangement was a very nice man. If we plan again we ll contact him only.

I do NOT agree with the 4.5 star rating that is being shown for this tour. It should not be more than 2 star honestly!! I went with my family and friends for a relaxing experience and ended up instead with worry and irritation about the way the tour was handled by this team. Worst possible management which compels you to constantly ask and wait for the basic services like food arrangement in the hotel, tour pick up timings, food on the boat tours. We had kids with us, so we were left frustrated mostly due to the inefficient services.Horrible sanitary conditions on the boat that will make you sick for sure!! The team simply doesn't care for anything other than MONEY MAKING 😠😠 Please steer clear from their false promises....not worth your money and time.

Food quality were superb fantastic tasty. They also gave us full security and safety in boat. Describe about all the places. Must recommend to travel with Ganesh Mondal. I had the best 3 days of my life here. It's hard to describe in words what I felt. But truly the vibe of this place amazed me so much. Documenting everything wasn't possible but what I got wasn't any less. Unfortunately I wasn't able to see the main attraction of this place The Royal Bengal Tiger. But I saw some reptiles and other wildlife. Everyone should visit the place once... Too good to be true..

A very good experience. the Launch boat is very nice and nice spacious hotel rooms are given. The food quality is very good and totally hyegenic. wildlife scenery is sure shot(crocodile and deers). you need to have a good luck to see tiger. Overall fabulous service in a very budgeted package.
