Good food and good service. I personally couldn’t ask more on the price (BDT 599) comes with it for the buffet dinner. Items are very minimal but not bad. And I should say they need to look into their dessert section for good !

Seating arrangements are good. Sitting arrangements are set in such a way that couples and families can choose their own sitting arrangement with respect to their numbers of family members. The restaurant can accommodate appropriately 70 people together. The behaviour of the waiters and other peoples related with the restaurant are very good. One can book the restaurant for family party. For booking one need to buy the full capacity of serving food. Extra decorations can be done by themselves for payment. Foods are good. We went there for a lunch buffet. It was a good experience overall. Most of the items taste good. They could have improved their dessert items. But not complaining on the main dishes, as these were pretty tasty. Also, they might work on refilling the items a bit faster. However, they gave us discounts as we had kid with us. Set menu and buffet for both lunch and dinner is available there. Very cool place for hangouting with friends, colleagues or family members. All types of social and corporate events arrangement are available there. Love this place so much.

Went there as an invitee to a family gathering in early January. Atmosphere was good. The dinner buffet was not really outstanding. One or two items tasted good, others were very average. Some dishes were unfortunately cold, which is quite a big no no in winter. The Thai soup item was all liquid, I tried my best to find some chicken or shrimp in the soup but found nothing! Maybe I should have brought a diving suit...

Very poor food quality. Food items were very limited and very cheap. Don't know how people actually recommend this restaurant. Wash room was simply disgusting. Overall they shouldn't deserve any rating at all.

Honestly Hangout Restaurant now a days are serving really really awful service ever. I booked for iftar with buffet dinner here today as today is Pohela Boishakh. Really have a bad experience with The food tastes. They were advertising 50+ items but actually it's not. They take the payment before starting your meal only cash. Even they didn't refill the foods after they are empty. When asked to refill they told it will take time because chef was not in the restaurant which seems so awful. They charge taka 700 per person even they charge my 6 years child as adult. The management should took after theses issues and take a serious steps to serve their customers in a proper manner.

Hangout is basically a fast food joint. But they also provide iftar buffet during the month of Ramadan. Had an opportunity to taste their buffet items and found most of the dishes delicious and freshly cooked. I'd would give 8 out of 10.
