I just loved this mosque. It is the most oldest mosque in the city, and some says it is the first mosque of dhaka. Actuall building was very small with two gambuj, and near to this a 4 stored building created. Some says the mosque was build about 800 years ago. I prayed Jummah there. New buildings 1st floor there was lacking of speaker that prayerer could not hear clearly from behind. But comitte was asking for donation to execute sone AC. It was a foolish thing. Others everything was absolutely ok.

Binat Bibi Mosque is a medieval mosque located in the Old Dhaka area of Dhaka city, Bangladesh. Located on the north side of Narinda Pool, this mosque was built by his daughter Musammat Bakht Bint Bibi during the reign of Sultan Nasiruddin Mahmud Shah in 861 Hijri, i.e. 1457 AD. The mosque is square, and has two domes and four minarets. This mosque is believed to be the oldest Muslim structure in Dhaka. Archaeologist and historian AKM Zakaria in his book 'Antiquities of Bangladesh' wrote about this mosque, "The original mosque of Binat Bibi was single-domed. Later, when it was renovated and enlarged, another dome was made. The original mosque was square. The internal volume was 3. 63 square meters. Each wall is 3.63 meters wide. From the inscriptions carved on this mosque, it is known that Mosammat Bakht bint (full name Mosammat Bakht bint Dokhtar-e-Marhamat), the daughter of a certain Marhammat, built this mosque. It was during the Sultanate period in Bengal. The Sultanate was ruled by Sultan Nasir-ud-Din Mahmud Shah." Currently, a new six-storey building has been constructed in front of the old mosque. The old mosque is listed in the Department of Archaeology.

Binat Bibi Mosque (Bengali: বিনত বিবির মসজিদ) is the earliest surviving mosque in Dhaka built in 1454 by Bakht Binat, the daughter of Marhamat. It was built during the rule of the Sultan of Bengal, Nasiruddin Mahmud Shah (1435–1459). There is a stone inscription of the mosque written in Farsi (Persian) which is located on the north of the mosque where Binat Bakht is buried. (Could not make out the meaning though) With time the original pre-Mughal features were changed, the outer façade of the western veranda, the northern wall, the dome and the side walls of the waterbody were decorated with traditional vernacular "chinitukri" work (ceramic or glass shard tiling), which I've tried to capture in the photos.
