Well, the room was not very nice. It was a home converted to a hotel but the old electrical wiring, old toilet/window was not replaced properly. The bathtub was so old and had color coming off near the water hole. We ordered room service at late night and they said they can't collect the plate until morning. It was okay if they did not write "24 hours room service", which wasn't the case. During the breakfast only one person was there to prepare, serve and clean the table. There were many people and we had to wait long because one person can't manage everything. The hotel must provide more manpower. The location was super. Actually stayed there only for this reason.

For Valentine's day, they've decorated the rooftop (The Upper Terrace) very nicely. The permanent decorations is already very nice, with the special touch it was just gorgeous. The staff is well trained and very skilled. I'd like to wish them all the best. The whole environment wa very friendly. the added bonus is the live music on various occasions, which was not too loud and clean. I'd highly recommend this place for your stay in Dhka city or a nice evening with friends and family.

Everything Alright, the rooftop restaurant is cool, the barbecue is great, service good, the grill was well done, atmosphere good. Kids enjoyed bit artistic decorations. And turf carpeted. Seating is ok, only drawback car dropoff location not comfortable.

Went straight to rooftop area where our lunch was served. We enjoyed Bangladeshi dishes. Beautiful rooftop where people can enjoy the atmosphere while having their meals.

They are well mannered and service is too good.The food is soo much tasty so you can try but I think room and decoration could more better.

Many of the hotels of this posh area were out of business in two years of pandemic. This residential hotel is one of the very few that is still in operation.

The environment of the room was pretty good. But slippers were too cheap, they provide only one pairs of slipper, & also not even similar like hotel slippers, there was no hotel bathrobe if it costs extra then they could told us, also there was no hair dryer. There was no extra water or soft drinks in the refrigerator. The screen of the television needed to be repair too. Other than that the behaviour of their employees were pretty good. They are really helpful.

I had the opportunity a few times to visit there. The foods are tasty and presentation is good. The upper terrace is really beautiful along with all facilities. Other floors are good as well. Located in a calmly place on the main road. Parking has a bit shortage but manageable. Staffs are cordial with good attitude. Clean and smell free inside the restaurant. But a scope of improvement is always there. Overall nice restaurant with worth of money.

It was a nice stay with family.... Play Cafe was good at downstairs and Resturant at top floor was also awesome

Staying here for more than 20 days and I am really satisfied with everything. The price of the room, all the furnitures, internet and staffs behavior is also top notch. This is a great choice for those who want a budget comfort in Bannani area.

I stayed one night, but could not sleep because of mosquitoes. They put an electrical devices against mosquitos, but not functioning. It hurts a lot, my fingers, even my face bumped. The windows are not sealed well. Never prefer to the stay again , just be careful.

Pricing are too high, not cost affordable at all. The management must take care on their charges & rentals. :)

I visited the Rooftop for a program. The place was open with some shaded part, very nice and food was also delicious!

I visit Bangladesh many time this time I stay this hotel 24 night. Staff are very professional and helpful, food are very fresh and testey, room are clean, front office Mr. Kayesh are very smart and helpful person . Uper tarrace restaurant are nice place .it's natural garden . High sefty security Mr. Monir make me morning coffee it's really good . Overall everything is good all people are friendly and helpful

I have been to this hotel. First of all curtains in the bathroom were not hanged properly. Second o f all the food service was too late. After we checked out there was a due in a payment which were given to us two days later. At the end of the day the service was very poor. Totally dissatisfied with the service. The only thing good was staff's behavior.

The rooms are very tidy and clean I was here for a night to attain my meeting . The service and the staffs behaviors are really remarkable .

An excellent hotel in affordable range and very safe calm quite.stuff,s are very good specially the front desk lady and the Manager Sazia both are so cool and very helpful..... Only things they should add is decorating the rooms little more and provide floor mats...

Awesome upper Terrance restaurant also well decorate Room facility. All sector employee behevior are so much friendly.

Very poor service. I booked a double deluxe room. When I arrived they said they have no rooms available. After that gave us a room but the room situation was devastated. It was not properly cleaned. Also it didn't look like a hotel room also. The service is very poor. It was a horrible experience. I will never recommend this place.

Dirty rooms. Foods are below average.

Clean room, good facilities and great location. But they started hotel renovation work early in the morning and drilling sound was disturbing. They didn’t apologies nor informed me earlier. Also the hand shower and bed was broken.
