I
booked
it
from
Agoda
for
a
night.
On
18th
when
i
arrived
they
Couldn't
found
the
booking
though
i
had
a
chat
over
phone
on
previous
day.
I
have
shown
them
my
booking
confirmations
but
he
acted
if
it
was
false.
Then
he
tried
to
tell
me
that
its
without
breakfast
but
after
showing
my
confirmation
he
agreed
to
provide.
After
40
minutes
or
so
they
sent
me
to
a
room.
For
covid
situation
I
agree
that
there
may
be
limitations
but
they
took
the
full
money
and
told
me
after
that
their
resturent
service
is
closed,
I
have
to
get
the
food
fron
outside.
The
room
was
specious
and
nicely
decorated.
But
no
bedside
table,
TV
is
there
but
no
cable
service
and
wifi
which
they
informed
me
after
words.
The
plug
points
are
fitted
in
such
a
manner
that
you
cannot
charge
anythinh,
they
are
just
above
floor
in
the
wall.
No
bedside
table.
There
is
a
kettle
and
toster
but
no
Tea
bag
or
bread.
The
intercom
is
placed
beside
tv
and
you
have
to
get
up
from
bed
to
use
it.
The
bathroom
is
ok
but
the
Tap
knobs
are
broken.
I
checked
out
this
morning
but
they
haven’t
confirmed
it
with
Agoda.
If
you
dont
have
any
option
can
go
to
this
hotel.
.....
Well
those
who
can
see
the
response
from
the
hotel
in
reply
will
get
the
status
of
the
hotel.
They
have
given
me
a
room
with
out
cable
connection,
the
hotel
staff
said
they
dont
have
any
connecrion.
No
wifi.
Please
dont
advise
me
to
grow
up,
rather
go
back
and
rectify
yourself.
Dont
lie
and
make
stories.
You
could
have
said
sorry
or
invite
me
again.
Poor
show
while
you
describe
tour
character
here.
Go
through
the
other
reviews,
somehow
all
angry
and
fuss
making
people
are
going
to
your
hotel?????
There
is
no
option
for
-*,
i
would
have
given
you
that.
And
i
called
your
hotel
twice,
the
same
day
and
previous
day,
and
ypu
are
saying
I
didnt
responded?
I
have
ypur
replies
which
your
staff
said
Agoda
sent
it.
Ohh
another
thing
please
go
through
the
reviews
in
Agoda
and
Booking.com...
