This place is awesome, you can spend a good quality time with very good service n food as well their rooms are awesome with night view

A very good hotel and sector 1…very close to Dhaka airport. Both service and food very good. Also hotel transport to Airport very professional and on-time. I would definitely recommend especially if you are flying out for Dhaka.

Room was well decorated, air conditioned but toilet door handle was broken. They must check everything before renting a flat. The dining hall on the terrace was nice but I have a complaint regarding their food menu. There's no menu book and no price list. Moreover, food was damn expensive and nothing special.

This was a unique opportunity to stay here with whole family for couple of days. Indeed we had a good stay, the food was excellent & the customer service was beyond my expectations. Many thanks to Mr. Sujon to make it possible 🙏

Loved this place. Specially the rooftop is awesome. Airport view can be taken from here with a cup of coffee. Staff behaviour is moderating. I've visited this place for 2times.

We want the hotel air in 18 06 2021 Bangladesh Airlines was Booked for us we was from London Bangladesh Airlines passinger we used one big bedroom three people but we didn't get any towels and we was about 100 people we Round 2 hr for the Room it's one of the worst hotel in Dhaka

Very poor and disappointing service. Bathrooms are so nasty. Staff behavior is so rude. They lied to us. They should improve everything.

Tiny little room spanning not more than the edges of spreading hands were dirty, so was the loo. Bed sheet, pillow covers and towels were clearly not changed after previous checkout. Breakfast ran out half an hour before specified time. Along with rude waiter, it was quite an experience! Not recommended at all.

Stayed there on my last visit, arrived latenight..restaurant staff tried to rip us off by overcharging..very bad behaviour. Restaurant Service needs to improve.

Food is too pricy for a such quality 3 star hotel, and food service was too slow, we had wait an hour just to get parata and beef curry.

Good hotel to stay at uttorq

At Jashimuddin, very close to Airport, this hotel has large rooms at a reasonably fair tariff. I don't like their food and service.

Worst hotel in dhaka .I will never come again. Barthroom is really nasty 🤧. Restaurant staff are so rude they don't know how to talk with guest.

They need to improve their menu and quality of cooking. Very unprofessional. Lift service is also very confusing.

Breakfast service is very very poor. There is no food, everything is empty. Waiter are not helpful.

Service was really bad. My flight was running late and there was a car parked right in front of our car in the parking lot. We couldn't get out and these people had no idea whose car it was. It was a car of one of their guests, and they had to call room number by room number to find out whose car it was. I was running late and almost missed my flight

Over price food. Restaurant charge extra than serve food. It's kind of stealing money twice experienced with the same property. Stay away and don't give them a chance to rip off.

I booked two rooms for one night stay to catch International Flight for my brother. Couple room was okay. But single room’s AC wasn’t working. They picked me up from Airport with UBER. I waited there for 40 minutes to get pick up service. But in the morning, they refused to provide Drop service to the airport even they promised. They asked for extra charge for Drop service. I was in rush and didn’t react. Such a disappointment and disgraceful experience! Most interesting fact is that one of the room attendant asked me tips just after carrying my luggages. This is absolute nonsense!! No value for money at all!

It was wonderful journey at Air Inn hotel. Service by the housekeeping team was amazing. Location is very much convenient to travel from the Airport and the city center. GM Fatema was very friendly and asking feedback about the service quality that made me happy to visit again. However in some area needs to be focused and improved to get better experience of living at the hotel.

The hotel environment is good but sometimes mosquito bites at night in the room

I visited in March 2022 before my flight back to the UK. It’s a lovely budget hotel. Has everything you need including a roof top restaurant overviewing the airport. We had three rooms and all rooms had AC and Wi-Fi working fine. Bathroom was clean included toiletries. Staff are lovely and helpful. They included a complimentary breakfast and even catered to my early flight. Think it’s like 5-10 mins away from the airport and I think they have the shuttle services also.
