Very good small 3 stat hotel, next to the Gulshan Lake Park. They change the towels and the bedlinen every day. Prices are entirely reasonable, the staff is very polite and friendly. The view from the 2 verandah on each floor is good and sitting there is a pleasure - you can order and they will bring you snacks and drinks, tea and coffee. Nearby is construction going on and the noise is a bit disturbing but it is everywhere in Bangladesh nowadays. The food is only bengali but tasty

Relatively small hotel on a quiet street next to Gulshan Lake Park. It is really like a home with a polite friendly staff The rooms are big and clean, the bedlinen and the towels ate changed every day. On each floor there are 2 verandas where you can seat and enjoy the beauty of the dry season. I recommend it. The food is nothing special but very tasty (I mean the breakfast), mainly bengali.

Loved the place... No less than a five star hotel rooms that u purchase way to high rates just to get all the luxuries n comforts. U can get a peaceful sleep during the nights n the whole day u can just seat n relax viewing the beauty of nature...

The owner is very bad and his behavior is very bad and his son's behavior is even worse. Employees are fired there without pay without any reason.

You will be more comfortable if you lie on the floor on a stone. Plus, they don't have a problem giving the broken air-conditioned room to the customer.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 months. It is in a very good location, away from the noise of Dhaka. The hotel is very clean, the cuisine is quite good and the employees are very interested. Thank you to all of them for their hospitality.

The food in the restaurant which is at the 7th floor of the building is also delicious. The surrounding is very nice and quiet. You could walk to the nearby park and do some jogging. Staff here always greet you with big smiles.
