It's a great place here! Although the personnel is very pleasant, the atmosphere is laid back and calm. You can tell they are knowledgeable and that the satisfaction of their consumers is their top priority. The food is decent—it includes both traditional Italian fare and modern twists—and definitely worth the price.

It was really good. also ordered spicy honey mustard loaded Fries, it was for anyone who likes spicy food. The overall experience was good.

Their new location in Bashundhara is a good place to visit but their services is super slow, specially in the evening time. Also, their food quality goes down a bit from the previous location don’t know the reason but it’s a bit disappointing for regular customers like me. Hopefully they will solve everything. Will visit again.

I usually go at the Mirpur outlet. This outlet is also good, tasted same to me. It's actually good to keep the taste same in all outlet. Anyway, it was good as always. One of my favourite burger in town. I've to mention that,the French fry was really great there. (Tho french fry is a loss project from any restaurant)

One of the best burger place in Dhaka city. I have started visiting them since 2016 and till now they're serving with the same taste. The place is amazing with cozy ambience. The behavior of the waiters are really good but it's really hard to have a seat there cz I've always found the place is too full and crowded.. My favorite burger from their menu is steak Inside. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I personally like their burgers. And recently I visited their basundhara branch. Yeah it's good. As usual, their burger taste is so creamy and saucy. Their service is so fast. It is a good place for hangouts with friends and side chicks. But their uttara branches are better than this brunch. Overall it's a good enough interior for those who like dark places.

Pan loaded fries are highly recommended.. Its quality and quality is enough and value for money. But nowadays burgers become too short according to price. You must try dory fish. Food - 9/10 Environment -8/10 Behaviour -10/10

I tried their steak inside burger and my brother had the big beef burger. Both of the burgers were really tasty. But they were fairly careless when it comes to servings like they often forgot to serve all of the items that you had ordered like if you order burger with fries and drink they serve the burger and fries but forget to serve the drink and you have to call them to remind them of the item they have forgotten to serve. So it's awkward. So they should be more aware of the sevice.

Food was testy, staffs have well behaviour, we was testing Burger and Mashroom booth food was testy. I liked actually. 1st floor, no parking area for car, enough for family part not big space for more then 30 people. Inside was clear, have road side view from glass wall. I love this place. You may feel i am biased. Yes i am!!! They somehow manage to locate this restaurant in a nice position just opposite of Jamuna Future Park. Apart from that this place offer burgers that are worthy of fulfilling your burger fetish. They don't put excessive sauce and the patty is great. I am a basic-burger lover. So obviously Burger king is my first choice.but I choose burger lab when i want a sharp taste from this catagory.

Burger chains are one of the most common food restaurant types in this country. However because of this same reason, finding a good one becomes all the more difficult. However, this one, although not having amazing environment, meets the best characteristics of a good burger chain. Already said the environment wasn't rally the focus of this settlement. However the service and the taste was just out of this world. I have tasted one of the best burger I ever had in this place and it wasn't even their signature burger. the sides and the fries were ab it different with some in house stints mixed in making them unique and tasty. all in all the experience was very whelming, and would go again.

A small burger restaurant adjacent to Jamuna Future Park, Their menu great, we ordered Chicken cheese burger with Loaded BBQ Fries. We didn't have to wait that long. The Loaded Fries are really good ! The fries were fresh and the additional sauces and meat really improves the flavor of the fries. However the burger was mediocre, The Chicken patty was dry and the buns were not the best, The cheese and the extra jalapeno pepper add-on really saved the burger.you can add 6 or 8 extra add-on like Cheese,Beef Bacon, Jalapeno, Egg, Extra patty It's called Burger Lab, go and experiment till you find the burger that suits your taste buds. The staff is extremely polite and professional, the wait time was really short, The interior deco is wonderful. As a Burger enthusiast ,their burger was a bit of a let down. Don't get me wrong Their Burgers are good, but they're overshadowed By nearby many Burger restaurants. Overall,Burger Lab is a good. Give it a try if you're nearby!

I visited the place almost after 3 years and now it seems the burger bun has changed, it's very dry. The taste has changed, but I was looking for the classic burger lab taste, don't appreciate this new taste. The size of the patty has shunk as well as less ingredients than before. Their burgers are good enough. And cheap too, compared to the neighbouring burger places. Seating place is cozy and there’s a view of the JFP from the north side of the seating. Food serving is fast and packaging is moderate. Had their smoked pasta. They don’t offer oven baked ones. Pasta was good too. But not the best I guess. Shakes and beverages are average in taste.

WORST EXPERIENCE! I went with a hungry stomach and expected a good quality food. Ordered a Beef and chicken Burger with cheese(old school). Requirements : less sauce , extra spicy. They provided the burger with hell of mayo and ketchup. when I asked them about the sauce. They said its "less sauce". They provided two beef burger instead of 1 chicken and 1 beef. Spice was not present in any of them. Moreover, the customer service is so poor. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Never visit this place 😑 save your money.

We took 2 burgers with a meal pack which includes mini french fries and a drink, both of the burgers were great! I will definitely try the "Stake inside light" again! This one was really delicious. This place is nice and clean. They have a good interior and clean restrooms.

Burger lab Basundhara is on the opposite of Jamuna future pocket gate, Basundhara RA road. It's a nice and clean, fresh atmosphere. Though they take a little more time to serve the order. But the food Quality is good. The price range is moderate and sometimes high. They mainly serve fastfood items.

Very good at Bashundhara residential area road. Just opposite to JFP Bashundhara Gate. Foods are yummy here. Tow sides of the restaurant are Burger Lab and Pizza Lab. Different kinds of burgers and pizza are available here. Open till 10:30 PM at night.

Their food quality is excellent. It has become one of my favourite restaurants. Though their space is not sufficient to hang out with a large group, it is ok for couples or small groups with 3/4 persons. You have to pay first and pay 2% service charge (No VAT). Price is quite reasonable. You must give it a try if you are near Bashundhara Residential area.

One of the best place to chill out in Bashundhara R/A. Burgers are AMAZING here. Specially you can customize your burger to get the best out of it with reasonable price. Worth having.

Loved the loaded fries

Pros- Great beef burgers, juicy and flavored well. Well priced. Cons- The loaded fries may be a bit too loaded. Which may be a good thing for you but for me they took away from the fries. The location was hard to find. Overall a great bang for your buck. Would go again.
