Poor service, they don't even provide a water bottle in room! Yaa you heard that right. No water. Though it's a minimum service. Price is literally high with this kind of poor service. They need proper orientation - about hotel management (behaviour and service)

Located in Dhanmondi. I stayed here with my spouse for 2 days. I booked this hotel by telephone. The price for 1 day is 3500 tk. So many hotels in different countries I visited within 20-50 $. Comparing with them it was worse... 3500 tk for BD is enough for an quality maintained hotel. But my experience in Ambala Inn was worse. First of all the room they given us there toilet's flash was not working. Then they changed our room but they given us two single bed room for us. Okay I considered because Their room was not available. But the second room's toilet light was not working. And for two person they gived one blanket. Then I stayed one night in that room. Then next morning I asked them is they have available family bed then I will change my room. Then they again change my room. All of this three room haf window AC. All of the AC made too much noise and that increase headed. Locker was full of dust. The breakfast they served in the morning was very bad, like rotten banana Staffs was good...

The rooms are average as per price. The location is very good. Food is not good. Reception is helpful and professional.

The rooms are spacious but not very clean. Toilet was not clean as well. The AC did not have a remote control and when asked the management couldn't provide one. Staffs were cordial though.

It's really good accommodation hotel for budget people. It is also in the center of Dhanmondi so people can go where ever they want more easily than other hotels. The view of the hotel is awesome . Interior is not luxurious but ok, environment of this hotel is 3 out of 5 Food quality: Restaurant food quality is not bad at all, over all. The food is above average :) Recommend to budget loving people.

Rooms are ok, but complementary breakfast is very poor. One of the front desk staff is very rude arrogant.

Entry and reception was Narrow spaces but from 2nd floor spaces is good Enough.

Nice place to stay. Rooms tariff is reasonable which includes complementary breakfast, food at this place is a bit expensive. Staff are polite, humble and cooperative.

The staff behaviour is good but hotel management failed to comply with corona virus protocol. Blanket was very old. Room was not neat and clean. Everywhere dust.

Room was full of bad smell. AC was not working properly.
