Its now UCB lounge operated by same as before chain 5 star hotel The Westin. Service is awesome. If have sometime before fly, can take a refreshment and hospitality with buffet lunch or dinner. Enjoy.

It is a kind of executive lounge for Standard Chartered Card Holder. Varites item of foods for having and enjoying breakfast. Their hospitality pretty good. A well furnished decoration here.

The most horrible lounge ever. No place to sit, packed, smelly food. I walked in, grabbed a coffee that was bad and watered down and figured I couldn’t sit in there. After one sip of the so called coffee standing in the smelly lounge I decided to leave. I had to pay $23 for this sip of coffee. The short fat unfriendly receptionist wouldn’t budge on this outrageous amount. I left Bangladesh with a bitter taste due to this horrible experience.

I used this lounge and was first charged on debit card and transaction was cancelled but they didn’t gave me any receipt of void transaction. But they assured that the refund would be processed with 3 working days and same would be credited to my bank account . Since I had to use the lounge , I used the same card again and paid BDT 2000/- for using the lounge. No I feel cheated as the earlier charge of Rs 2629.79 has not been refunded and my bank says they need the void receipt. Please help

Food quality is not good enough in compair to Bolaka Lounge.

The interior of the lounge is excellent what the food is average. There is hardly any variety of the food compared to other lounges. The waiters are not proactive. Most of the time they will be staring at you and gossiping around.

Well maintained.

A very unique and beautiful lounge. Stayed there for about 2 hours and I was always occupied. The food was amazing and fresh and the staff were helpful. They kept their standards and had good facilities. It had a second floor and it was very nice. There were also 3 Mac PC on the second floor which were free to use. Looking forward to visit it again on my next trip.
