Very beautiful lake. One can sit beside the lakeside and enjoy the environment. Although many people pollute the lake water by throwing wastes. I recommended to come in the morning as one can enjoy the scenic beauty of this place during that time.

This lake is another attraction for the tourists. But the lake water is getting dirty at the edge. So necessary steps should be taken.

Crescent Lake is a small lake located in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. It is located on the south side of Chandrima Udyan. Crescent Lake is named after its crescent shape. The lake is about 650 meters long and about 150 meters wide. There is a lot of vegetation around the lake. Crescent Lake is a popular sightseeing spot. Many people visit here every day. There is a suspension bridge over the lake. A beautiful view of the lake can be enjoyed from the bridge. Crescent Lake is an ideal place to spend a day away from the hustle and bustle of Dhaka city.

The lake presents a scenic landscape with tranquil waters, surrounded by lush greenery. However, its beauty is marred by evident pollution, visible litter, and occasional unpleasant odors. The lack of proper waste disposal facilities contributes to the environmental degradation. Despite the initial allure, these issues detract from the overall experience, highlighting the need for better maintenance and conservation efforts to preserve the natural charm of the lake.

Dirty but one of the good place for peaceful people💐🥀

This is one of the beautiful roads of Bangladesh. In one side there is Chandrima Udyan and in another side there's national Parliament House. In morning and evening lot of people are coming here for walking, running and some people visit the place with family. Every day in the afternoon it gets crowded because lot of people go there to have a peaceful time. You will find krishnochura tree in one side and bottle brush tree on another side of the tree. Chandrima Udyan is very good to enjoy a green and natural environment in the middle of the Dhaka city. One of my favorite places in Dhaka.

The tombstones are nestled in a peaceful setting among beautiful trees trees. It is a pleasant place for a stroll and meditate on the meaning of life and death

Bridge on Crescent Lake, Dhaka The Bridge runs over Crescent Lake and connects the Jatiyo Sangsad Bhaban complex with the Chandrima Uddan. It has an imposing architecture that looks magnificent, especially at night, when it is lit and has its image reflected in the water of Crescent Lake. Chandrima Uddyan is adjacent to it as a most amusing place in Dhaka city for recreation, walk & explore.

This lake is very beautiful. There are many plants on both sides of it. I enjoy sitting by the lake and chatting. Around the month of May, Krisnochura bloom on both sides of the lake. But many times there is not enough water in the lake. Light street food is available here. There is a beautiful hanging bridge over the lake.
