This is a very large area with huge service table. All categories of Indian visas are accepted on a walk in basis. It requires very small time to submitting a visa, if you reach at the first hour of the day. Some officers are very friendly and helpful and some are behaving like president. So just set your papers according to their given direction. On delivery day it will take some time to receive the visa, but don't fall into the trap of brokers, because it doesn't really take long to receive a visa.

There is huge crowd almost everyday now. The gate opens at around 9 am and people can enter upto 1pm. It’s unnecessary to go there and stand at line outside before 8.30am. Ideal time to be there is around 9-10am. BEWARE of any agents and touts. Evem if you are standing at queue outside, don’t fall for the trap of getting ahead of the line in exchange of money, cause once the get opens, it hardly takes any time to get inside. Also, don’t listen to anyone selling masks by saying masks is mandatory inside. It isn’t. Either ways, keep your pre-owned mask along; nothing mandatory though. It’s a good idea to pay the processing fee online before hand. It costs lesser than paying it at the booths there and you don’t have to take the printout of you online payment receipt. Had to wait to submit my passport at first then stand at queue for biometric process. There are about 40 counters and the employees are pretty fast and well behaved. You can’t take any bags inside IVAC; you have to keep them at the counter outside for 30 taka. You can however take shopping bags inside. Get your papers ready and arranged accordingly. They hardly get enough time to check and arrange your papers. Don’t forget to take your old passports and occupational documents along.

You need to start early if you want to avoid big cue while applying for Indian visa from IVAC JFP. There are many customers served by this large visa center. Staff members act in a professional manner. You can even xerox your documents from there by paying fee.

From this place you can get Indian visa. First you have to apply for a visa. It can be medical or tourist, etc. type visa. Its located in the ground floor of Jamuna Future Park. You should come here according to your appointment date and time. At the entrance you can see an information desk. This desk will help you to by giving any kind of information. You can't carry bags there. There is a locker room service that takes charges for store services. Don't smoke there. Be polite to everyone. Thank you ❤️

So crowded place as Embassy. Need to be open another IVAC at Dhaka city very soon. People getting disturbance regarding file submission. Too much gathering inside IVAC. For Medical People should get some special service. Medical people surfers most. It should be look after from top Management from INDIAN high Commission. Really pathetic. People treat like as bagger. People misguided from very early when they enter to IVAC. More over must be open another IVAC at Dhaka city. Thanks

The Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC) in Dhaka is a very busy place where many people come to apply for Indian visas. The IVAC center Dhaka has the right manager who is capable for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the visa processing. However, the boycott india is a myth. So, take a few hours with you if you want to take service from here.

While applying for travel VISA, from my experience, Here are some Facts & Informations you would not find easily in internet or tutorials so I think could be useful for the visa applicants: 1) **Do not use Glass/Spectacles & hat. Use white background. Print the photo in 2*2 inch size (which is different from regular passport size photos) 2)** Do not mistake any informations specially from the passport informations pages (2nd & 3rd page of passport). They will not even accept your application. 3) if possible & you are confident enough, fill the online form by yourself. There are lots of tutorials in youtube. You dont have to waste 400-500 tk for only filling up a form from outside shop. There is no need to get help from brokers either as it will only waste your money. But ** Dont commit any mistake while filling the online form as if you complete payment & your visa form isn’t accepted in ivac due to any mistakes, you wont get refund & will have to fill the form again correctly & have to pay again. (825+ tk) 4) if possible, go for Dollar Endorsement instead of Bank statement which is more reliable & quicker way to get Visa. 5) If all your informations are correct & match with other documents you will normally get visa within 7-10 days. The time may vary although. I got my visa within Just 2 days & one of my friend got it after 20 days. The causes are unclear. ** It is safe to apply for visa atleast 25-30 days prior to the expected date of journey. 6) Although Jamuna Future Park Shopping Mall is Closed on Wednesday, IVAC remains open & only closed on Friday & Saturday. The staffs are very co operative & the whole area is very well organised. You can submit your form even if you go after 12 pm & collect your passport after 3 pm & within just 10 minutes.

Avoid this place in Bangladesh. Gathering a huge number of touts outside, long processing time inside. Better submit your visa application to divisional IVAC(s).

It is a well organized place. But some people are messing up the rules. They accept all sorts of Indian visas. Organize the documents before submitting. It is very easy to submit the visa application. It doesn't take long to submit your visa. Do not go to any broker they will waste time. Just fill up the form attach all the documents needed organize the papers and submit it to the counter. There are so many counters available. Every type of visa counter is different. Take the token and wait for your serial. Give the papers to the officer and then take the delivery receipt and wait for the biometric. After finishing the biometric you are ready to go home. There are some officers who behavior is good and polite some are very rude. Overall the process is very smooth.

The experience was mixed as we had to take a long queue for entry into the building. After the entry we had to wait for several hours before we could submit the documents. During the document submission the agent was very cordial and helpful. The photo capturing process was also smooth. Though the place was inside the basement of jamuna future park, the space was huge. Seating arrangements need to increase further so that all visitors can have the chance to sit during the visit. AC temperature needed to be checked as we felt hot at times. Adequate water filter was there.

Incredible India Indeed!!! Very fast service, tackled by skilled and experienced professionals. If any candidate regardless of any type of visa submits the most updated and legitimate documents, he / she will expect a smooth delivery when receiving back his/her passport without any hassle. The help desk is very accommodating as well as assistive. It's recommended to have a travel guide book for tourists.

I had a mixed experience at the Indian Visa Application Center which is located at the Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka. While submitting our visa application, there was a name problem on one of the applications. The attendant at the counter identified the problem but assured us that it won't be a problem. We all were granted visas except that particular application. We were instructed to check the status of the application online. But the online status never gets changed. Even after collecting our passports from the Ivac, the status is still under process. The visa center remains open from Sunday to Thursday. It receives applications till 2pm on every working day. Usually, there is no queue after 11am.

Indian visa processing centre, this place remain crowded all the time I guess. I have submitted my application on December 17th'23. Both my file submitting day and passport collection day had to stand in line for a long period of time, narrow space make it much worsen for us. This centre can process 20K file a day, yet more then 3-5K people are submitting and taking delivery of their passports every day. Though the delivery was scheduled on 24th December but I have received the message of collecting passport on 2nd January. I have got 6 month validity with multiple entry visa. Happy travelling.. NB: Do not take the bag (normal file, shopping bag can be taken), unless it is that much important. Else you might have to left them outside for 30 TK. Bags can not be taken inside, Ita prohibited ☺️

This place is very crowded and specious. Here's my experience to help you with the VISA application process, It's the ground floor some people was telling in the basement, but we all knows about JFP, so IDK what to say. Since I applied for tourist VISA here's things to remember for a tourist VISA application 1. Before applying please collect NOC from your employer 2. Collect 2x2 photo (white background, better to collect lab print) 3. Apply for VISA Online using IVAC website 4. NID photocopy 5. Utility bills photocopy 6. Bank statement 7. New passports photocopy (information page) 8. Carry all the old passports The IVAC at JFP accepts application till 1pm

The authorities are very irresponsible. I have applied for Bd visa, but after 20 days when I collect my passport I noticed that there is no new visa. Then they told me to give another application. I have done all the work according to their instructions. But finally when I have gotten my visa, already 40 days over. The Durga Puja vacation bocome ended.

There are 40+ counteers. Staffs are helpful. There are lot of queues but they process the application in really efficient way. Sometimes you have to wait few weeks to get back your passport, when there are influxes of applications (like before Eid). They have a good and easy system of visa processing system online, you just have to physically present to submit the application and passport. You can do all this by yourself. A branch of State Bank of India is also here. In case you need to buy prepaid card for traveling to India. Staffs are helpful here. You can also pay the fee online. Do not take help from a broker (eka dalal). It Won't speed up your application or time. Everything is smooth. You can do all by yourself.

The worst embassy in the world. People working in high commission of India in Dhaka are totally rubbish. They don't know how to behave as a son/daughter of a gentle family. Always they show irritating manner and all classless people are handling every important deal.

Please update your system more for Bangladeshis. So that we can get the visa very soon. If you give money to the broker brothers, everything will be fine. Is this our friendly country?

A Teip to India with friends sounds like no problem. At first. My friends have applied for their e-visa and received confirmation after 1 to 2 days. I received a mail on the third day with questions: Who do you work for? What is your exact job title? What do you plan to do in India? My visa was then rejected. I received absolutely no explanation from the Indian Embassy why it was rejected. Google, on the other hand, was a great help. I am a journalist and therefore cannot apply for an e-Visa, but must apply for a regular visa. An e-Visa can be applied for 4 weeks before departure at the earliest, a stamp visa can take up to 4 weeks (!?). It is quite difficult to get information, even from the Visa application Service Center in Türkenstraße. You are supposed to get in touch via WhatsApp, but messages are overlooked or the messages where quote difficult to understand and also by call it was not easy, because none of the ladies there speaks German and I had problems to understand their English. After calling few times, sending many WhatsApp and emails, I got the info I needed and was able to apply for the visa, but I was told that it can take up to 4 weeks. The lady assured me that I would get my visa before the flight, which was two weeks later. She kept her word and even it was difficult and annoying, it is the result that counts. Thank you very much for keeping your word. I would do it again :)

Though my serial was 647 and I entered when the serial was 330, it took around 30 minutes to submit my documents. But for fingerprints and photos I had to wait in queue for about more 30 minutes. So completing the full process I needed about 1 hour, though yesterday was one of the busiest day for IVAC.
