In a word, I like this hotel. Their food is okay not huge tasty but fresh. No swimming pool but there is an awesome rooftop restaurant, which is decorated nicely! Hotel service is good, close to airport. They have pick-up drop service also. Simple but secured!

I could say it has, one of the best places to stay. Their rooms are proper and well maintained. I had only one problems in my room, that is. Lock problems in my room. Their service is really appreciated. They even shifted me to new room because of that lock problems. In above they have a restaurant, tbh the price of the food is costly and One major thing I not liked is "we should pay to even get a water". It would be nice if the water cost would be included in restaurant itself.

Its very clean, price decent, courteous staff, bathroom accessories are modern, great design, ideal for groups who need 3 rooms + as it's more like a home setup. The Restaurant menu options need to be improved, complimentary breakfast options are limited. Overall a good experience!

Anchorage The Residence Located In Uttara.This is 3★ Standard Hotel.This hotel Don't have swimming pool but they have beautiful restaurant in rooftop. I have been here second time and have enjoyed staying there. Thier staff behaviour is very amiable and supportive. And the quality of service and room rent is total value for money. Its very near to Airport (10mins) and they provide compliment pick and drop service. Will definitely coming here again in my next visit.

It is clean and a nice place to stay as well as a nearby airport location, all over a good standing transportation , The staff behaviour attracted me. Wish them a successful prospect.

A very cosy, quiet place near the airport to stay at! The people gave us almost everything we needed except for some very minor issues which are negligible. They have an Airport pickup and drop-off service so it will be a secure place to stay for the foreign visitors. All the staff here behaved with the utmost generosity that can't be described in words. They have apartments with 3 separate rooms with a dining, kitchen, and sitting room. One can purchase the whole apartment or can share the rooms with other people too. The only drawback here is the sharing part so if you are planning to stay for 3/4 days I would suggest purchasing the whole apartment instead of sharing! Overall this place is great!

The most hospitable place - I live in US and used 4-5 star hotels in US, Canada and South America. I had to recently visit Dhaka during which I stayed at Anchorage in Sector 4, Uttara, Dhaka. I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel’s excellent service and amenities. This hotel may not be 5 star by the set criteria but the service is world class, same if not better than any 5 star hotel. The staff of this hotel are very professional and extremely courteous - they are always eager to help. My heart entirely melted when I found I was sent a cold remedy herbal drink to my room from the top floor cafe as the house keeping staff became aware of my sore throat and relayed to them. Prior to my arrival, the way I heard from my friends and family regarding security issues in Dhaka, I was kind of scared and nervous but I found this place very secure and they take all kind of security measures including a metal detector at the entrance. I think this is the best place to stay in Dhaka and I would always stay in this place every time I visit Dhaka.

Price is much higher than the service. Especially, Food price is excessive high. I stayed on a suite, which costed me 5k for a night but there were no complimentary tea/coffee services and no welcome fruit basket in the room and furthermore, I didn’t get the buffet breakfast. One or few table lamps didn’t work. Their rooftop is beautiful.

Communication attitude should be rectified. All other okay.

This hotel is a scam! Never book here and do not waste your money. To start with very unprofessional rude staff, and the hotel was very dirty and rooms had used tissues in the floor from previous guests! The bathrooms were very dirty and unhygienic to use! There were no toiletries provided, no shampoo or soap! They also didn’t provide spare sponges or slippers. When we asked for toiletries the staff didn't promptly provide us, later they bought cheap local soap and gave us! Extremely disappointed! We ordered dinner for the night, and the food they provided us was extremely unhealthy, probably days old and was uneatable, and they charged us about $100 for that! This was a joke! We booked rooms with breakfast and upon checkin we told the receptionist that we will check out tomorrow morning early due to flight so please have breakfast ready for us, but the next morning when we went to the dining area it was closed and the staff were sleeping! Later when we told the receptionist, he told us that it was small mistake of theirs! Can you image it? This place is a complete scam! After all this extremely bad experiences when orderd some water, they said they will charge us for water! Long story short, never stay here and do not waste your money! People should report this place to the police or authority for scaming general public. This hotel should be banned!
