It was a nice Stay Merino Hotel is very nice Hotel and Mr. Sazu is senior sales manager is one of the best guy. He is very nice, friendly, cooperative and genuine person. So as his hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, staff is good. Food is nice. Hotel is in prime location very near to airport. Pickup and drop service is also available. Top class service.

My wife and two kids recently stayed at this hotel while travelling to Dhaka from abroad. We are very pleased for the the assistance we received from the hotel staff such as collecting luggage from the belt, transport from the airport to the hotel and drop off to the airport next day. We are also very happy for the hospitality during the stay at the hotel. Specially we would like to thank Mr Md. Faruk Hossain Bhuiyan, Asst. General Manager. Mr Faruk took care of all aspects metioned above and made sure our experience at the hotel is comfortable. He is very helpful and humble person. I am glad that I contacted him for the hotel booking. I therefore highly recommend this hotel, in particular who requires airport pick up and drop off service. I wish them all the best and hope that they will be able maintain the high standard of service in future.

From last 2 years whenever I come to Bangladesh, I choose to stay here. Reason, Indian taste in food Lots of Vegetarian options Outstanding staff & Mr. Sazu the Manager. Slightly old but now going under refurbishment, but is very comfortable. 👍👍

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Bangladesh by far - including so called 5 starred hotels. Rooms are clean and staff are extremely helpful. Close to the airport & the hotel provided a free taxi service to and from airport. Great value for money - would not hesitate to recommend.

Rooms are old and require refurbishment. But the service is really good, especially the airport transport and the location is really good. The breakfast is yummy.

Practically an one star hotel. Lobby and reception lounge is very ordinary and narrow spacious. Room furnishing average. Restaurant foods are limited Indian, Chinese and Thai cuisine. Foods standard not praiseworthy. No parking facilities. Not recommended for foreign tourist.

My experience was quite bad. While I can't find anything positive in my stay, several of negatives does get highlighted. Food was very limited. Bedsheets, despite being clearly washed, still shows old stains which was a huge turn off. Bath tub's drain plug was missing which made it useless (staff couldn't find replacement for it despite informed). If I want to nitpick I can probably find several more but I'll pass.

Its a very nice place, and residence and others living facilities are so available here.

Location and place is good. But the lift is old model. Lift sensor is only some places not the full places.
