Response to reply: Low class mentality of the hotel management is reflected by the response to the criticism. This hotel is not for gentlemen. We've seen unmarried and shady couples staying in the hotel. Improve your attitude and service. Be better. You'll get better reviews. Your fittings, AC, Geyser don't work. Bedsheets are dirty. The worst stay of my life, absolutely disgusting please check my pictures. This place is meant to be approved Biman Bangladesh hotel, I was travelling with one severely autistic individual a child of two years of age and 3 women one of whom is an elderly individual. This was the worst experience that I have ever injured in my life. I would never travel with Biman Bangladesh Airlines ever again pathetic humans. Everything was broken in this hotel, from the toilet to the basin, the smell was unbearable and there was so much cigarette ash everywhere. Even after complaining we had nothing.

I have a good experience there. Hotel was quite fantastic. Reception and stuffs are fine in behaving. But this hotel is quite far from the main road or airport.

Biman airlines approved hotel. Very nice service provide by hotel. Airport transfer free by a car & Bus also. A/C room & wifi net available. Food is very delicious. I will go there again for taste their food with good price. Room service, Desk service & transport service 24hrs. They have some limitation but well behaved of hotel stuff are manage it

Pretty average hotel. Paid for AC room and it turned out not working. Maintenence guy was in holiday so can't fix it. The hotel claims they normally have 24/7 maintenence people but unavailable at that time of the issue! Bathroom glass door frame is about to fall off (picture evidences submitted to booking.com). Apart from reception the staffs are friendly and helpful.

For some reason I was staying this hotel, well trained receptionist and good house keeping..

Good staff to remember their polite behaviour & mention their name likely সুমন,chefআসলাম bhai, আবু তাহের, সাইফুল bhai, Mr. Jakir, Mr Yusuf Mridha, Mr Russel,Arshad had good time with them & many others cannot remember their names right now, good meal indeed, specially the lentil ( মসুর ডাল) is unique taste, breakfast, lunch & supper 👍, good environment, plumbing & some ইলেকট্রিকাল appliances need to ফিক্স, all the best to SKYLINK HOTEL

Average.They Didn’t send The shuttle to Railway Station.And Their room is Not So clean.Lightning and interior decoration need to be updated.

Excellent services get from Hotel Skylink. Hotel's transport pick me from airport. specially their food it's taste like homemade, truly delicious. staff are very helpful. Wi-Fi is so nice. everything is fine more than expect.

Very much nice behaviour of all the ppl working here in this hotel. Feels like homely environment. Loved staying here everytime. I would like to recommend this hotel for everyone. It's very nice and cozy.

The best part is they have an airport shuttle with less cost. The staffs are well mannered. They offer tea very early in the morning with no charge. They even offer tea at night. Give me a wake up call at 5 am as i told them to do so. Overall a nice experience. But the room charge should be reduced a little bit as per the room quality.

Average quality hotel at Uttara, Dhaka. It's Location is good. You can get everything near this location.
