One single room costs 2620 tk. Per night. But the services are very poor. Dirty pillows and bed sheets, very poor room service not even available during night.they don't provide intercom number until you ask them. It should not be more than 800 tk per night.

Don't go there, there is plenty of better yet cheap hotel around there. Absolutely poor service. We had to 30 mins only to get a freaking mosquitoes spray. There was no welcome to drink and breakfast, even though they mentioned it about it on their website.

Never go to Bangladesh- without earplugs/earprotection 👂🎧👍😂 Beaware that everywhere, even in museums turist have to pay 5 times more than locals. It's not allowed to bring guests of the opposit sex to your room. Some rooms have alot of soundpolution. WiFi only works in half of the rooms, plus it's unstabel connection and there is cockroaches. Sometimes the reception just say yes/No when they dont understand. There is No laundry. Rooftop is a deathtrap. Room price can be negotiatet. TV has static on every channel

You can go, its safe. Since this place is near to airport, lots of sound there. quit clean but not 100%. There was no bucket in wash room. But you will have hot water facility in your wash room.

In my whole life i got very bad experiences in this hotel, when i was seaching in website for good & at least 3 star category hotel near by jamuna future park i found this hotel appeared which i thaught it will be 3 star category hotel but when booked on their web site i was exciting to have a look the hotel unfortunately after i check in the hotel i found its a very very low class hotel like bus stand slum hotel & i got very upset, room situations very very poor quality & bed linen very old, ancient & unhygienic, bathroom is not usable at all, its like village toilet. Overall i am very upset with this slum low class hotel, while they charged me same like a three star category hotel cost, therefore, i am not recomending to anyone guys, same by this budget & cost you may stay in others hotels which will be at least 3star category hotels in near by jamuna future park. Compare to progoti is most likeable hotel.
