It is the largest masque of Dhaka university. It is an old classic one storey building. About one thousand people can pray in a single time. It's located with the central library. It is famous for our national poet Kazi Najrul Islam as his graveyard located on northern side of the masque. As he wanted to be buried by a masque in a song he was buried here.
