My cousin was admitted one week earlier. He was affected by fiver. Very normal disease. But they do not identity the reason of this fiver. Even they have done huge test for this patient. At last we realize that, they do it commercially. Finaly we had to shift him to united hospital and now the patient condition is good Alhamdulillah. This hospital cabin and ward bad rent also too much high as per their quality. So my advice to u pls do not come THIS hospital.

Doesn’t maintain patients serial. Our appointment number was 38. When making appointment, they told us to came at 8pm. Exactly at 8pm, we arrived and serial was 15. Now at 11pm, after 3 hours doctor is seeing patient number 26. Not sure when we will able to see the doctor. btw, they let people to see the doctor without the maintaining appointment number. I was admitted to the hospital for diabetes twice. Both times I have I was treated by the staff in a substandard manner. The doctors ( and I use the term loosely) are ignorant and incompetent. Their egos get in the way of common sense. The expression ' care' is not in their vocabulary of Healthcare. The nursing staff are treated like servants. My concerns and complaints fell on deaf ears. The worst appointment system. Calling again and again but no response after 15-20 min they have received the phone and told you that eligible or not for the appointment. If the urgent patients are trying to appoint here, seems that the first patients will go to a critical situation then they will respond and are told there is no appointment vacancy for today or tomorrow. Because the doctors have some limitations/fixed number of patients appointments. No one to think about the patients' seriousness. Please do not play with humanity, Just think about yourself also.

Uttara Crescent is a diagnostic center as well as medical service providers. Went there for doctor visit, the place is inadequate, seats are limited in number; hence lot of visitors including patients has to stand to see the doctors. Doctors have no time sense at all, even though they are supposed to sit at 8 Pm, they do not sit before 8:30 Pm, sometime they make it 9 pm too. Sometimes the attendees of their chamber are way much more aggressive than the doctors, on the other hand no need to say about the doctors, they pretend that they are doing the favor seeing you (like the charity, without fees) Dr. Biru (orthopedic surgeon) may be a good doctor but as a human being he’s behavior matches with the some nasty creatures for sure. I won’t recommend him to anyone… NB: They could introduce online reporting systems like Ibn Sina are doing, it will allow people to see their reports without going there.

One of the worst hospital i have ever visited. Service staffs are not trained enough. Nurses were sleeping while on duty at night. Cleaner and other staffs were sleeping in the floor of hospital. Even MR of few medicine company can take picture of patient's file easily from nurse station, which is disrespectful to the privacy of patients. Super Unhygienic Canteen and Catering. But their costing is huge. They didn’t provide such quality service comparing to costing. We went to there only for concern doctor. Surely we will never go there again.

My wife gave normal natural birth here by Dr.Mahmuda Sultana. It is not about the doctor, its about making sure your pregnant wife walks alot twice a day and performs pregnancy exercises at home! I came in after fainting from diarrhea induced dehydration and abdominal pain. The first three doctors didn't even touch me to examine. I spent two miserable days and then told them I was going home. I assume I had gastroenteritis which was referred to as an infection. I don't really know for sure. I came here after severe diarrhea which led to hiccup accompanied by acid burps then vomiting. I won't be back here.

Although they have the facilities to be a good hospital in Uttara area, I was annoyed with their management. when my family was admitted during COVID, they called me everyday to make payments whereas more than 50% was deposited. Calling a person everyday to make payments is super annoying. Generally hospitals ask for a deposit and when you are discharged, you clear the bills that is what I have seen in hospitals but they were nagging everyday to make payments.
