They had a private OPD and charged 1200tk per visit but the service quality and management is very bad. My appointment at 11:30am they notified me come before 1 hour that means 10:30am. It’s already 12:35pm but no progress found about the doctor visiting. Still waiting for the doctor visit. As I per my previous experience their lunch period start at 1pm and end 3pm. Worst medical services in the city. Patient will be more sick if take appointment in Ispahani Islamic Eye Hospital. I have no complaints about the doctors because they are quite good and experienced but the problem is the management. I have never seen such kind of poor management system in medical service like this hospital. Last 10years I’m suffering like this way.

Overall, a good place for eye care and treatment. The doctors and other staffs are enough cooperative. They have two option: general and private. The cost in General OPD (GOPD) is quite low; Tk.50/- only. But the problem is the amount of time taken to complete the whole testing process. You must dedicate at least 2 hrs if you go through the general OPD. The Private OPD costs around Tk.1,000/- and it is, as expected, much quicker. Their management system is nice. The reason behind taking the excessive time in GOPD is nothing but the huge number of patients seeking treatment everyday.

It's a non profit organizations Hospital by Ispahani Group and also one of the largest eye hospital of Bangladesh. There have two different types of consultant public & private also. Public consultation have a long waiting period on the line. After all, you came in their at 9 or 10 AM you have passing almost 3 hours to getting Dr. Appointments but overal service is sequentially. Hospital environment has too good and neat & clean. But there have no extra benefits of senior citizens they also maintain a long line get the Dr. consultant. Their have a problem only one gate you go to entry & out that's the main issues and main gate always has been shout down, i don't know why is it.

I couldn’t see a doctor in three hours even in their premium (private) section on September 09, 2023. They didn’t even refund my Tk 1,000 fees when I asked them to cancel my appointment after the long wait. This place is disastrous! Visit any other private clinic. One of the best hospital & eye care provider in my view.It has two part though a government and non government.Both are very much caring and provide a good service for their patients.The doctors,nurses and other stuffs are also very cordial. Surgeries and other eye care services are also renowned. This place remains closed on friday and a half working day on Thursday. Saturday to Wednesday, they provide full working day.

Management system of this Hospital is quite bad like others private hospitals. They have a private opd where they charged 1200BDT per visit but the service quality is the worst compared to others private hospitals. They asked the patient to come before 1hour of the actual appointment but it take 3-4 hours to meet the doctors. They don’t have enough sitting and waiting arrangements here. Doctors here are quite good so there are many patients from different corner of Bangladesh are regularly come here to get proper treatment but the hospital doesn’t have enough arrangements to serve these patients. Last 10years I’m coming here and see the same situation.

Great for Child Opthalmology If you are parents of a kid then you know how important it is to get proper treatment for him/her. In case of child opthalmology the facilities here in Islamia eye hospital is great! Generally child opthalmology is rare and doctors are hardly available. But here you will have a nice unit for children. Very good interior with central AC. Staffs are good so as doctors. You can have general visit for 200tk and private visit for 1000tk for the same doctor. The hospital is expanding fast and soon it seems to become centre of eye treatment in the country.
