Very bad behaviour. Don't have capacity to handle 50-60 peoples. They always pressurize to use their VIP services

I went there to submit visa application for Italy. Helpful. But long queue!

The amount of disrespect they are towards to the customers I just can’t explain. The staffs are very rude. Against them need to sue. They are not cooperative at all. Give false information. Harass customers. They think customers have so much toleration power so that they can test it again and again. They only deserve slaps on their faces. Irritating and irresponsible people

Asked for visa to attend IT Olympiad of Italy. The organizer sent me an invitation. But when i applied they accepted on 24 June. But the event was on 22 June. Don't know why they did this but I missed a great opportunity of my life. They don't actually give importance on the clients applications.

Very organized and quick service. You have to get s token at the entry and wait for the call. No bags allowed. The security checking is there. Waiting room and washroom available. There is a photobooth to take passport size photo as per requirement. It will be charged additional costs for the photos. The authorities give additional photos. The place is not suitable for wheelchair accessing.

Past is bad and many bad records but now is good service and faster and helpful 😀

They are providing good service. Making it easy to submit visa application for Italy. Where no need to take any appointment to submit the application. Just go and pay the fees and submit your application, that's it.

They don't have any waiting room for guests. I went there with a friend of mine and I had to wait on the pavement in front of it. So be prepared to wait on the pavement/road if you're coming with an applicant just to give him/her company.

The long queues that round up across Borak Mehnur, the long wait time, the screens that show serials/tokens not working, rude and arrogant behaviour from VFS Global employees (almost treats clients like beggars), not to mention the cramped up space - the WORST experience ever! Who could have imagined that they treat their clients like that! Need to improve EVERYTHING within the system of VFS Global Italy, Bangladesh!
