This is one of the bus stoppage and ticket-selling counters of the S.R Travel bus company. People could buy bus tickets for different destinations from this counter. Though a small number of buses depart from this place. Most of the buses depart from the Shahnaz Fuel Pump, just the opposite side of this place by crossing the highway. Crossing the highway to get on the bus is risky for all the passengers. As there is no zebra crossing or any signal for the passerby.

They have experienced drivers. But customer care needs improvement. Especially, they always delay to start after the break at "Food vilage". They announce the break to be for 25 minutes, but it always ends up in 35-45. Moreover, they respond rudely when the passengers ask for an explanation for the delay.

Good and reliable service. Hyundai Bus fair is 1200 in February 2024. The chairs are spacious with lots of leg room and the air-conditioning is pleasing. You dont feel the tiredness from travel.

Right now, they provide the best bus service between Dhaka and Bogra/North Bengal.Although they own top notch Hyundai air conditioning coaches, they are not well maintained. Previously they used to provide little snacks and show films/dramas on television to pass the time during journey, but they no longer do so. They also used to offer Wi-Fi at a fair speed, but these days it's always down. Most of the staffs are well behaved and supportive. But there are few who lacks professionalism.

They are very cooperative to their passengers. Passengers comfort and safety is their 1st priority. They even take caution while driving avoiding harsh driving. That may take a little bit extra time to reach the destination compared to other travel buses but life should be in the 1st priority, right?!!Definitely recommended

I actually loved the Bus and the experience of the Bus was wonderful (SR Plus Hyundai Business Class). The only reason for me to not provide 5 stars is, the Phone service. No one was sure about other Counters and their names.

I am a regular passenger of S.R. Travels. I often travel by S.R. Travels. I think that the company should include a sms reminder so that the passengers can reach on the boarding point one-time. Other than that, everything is ok.

S.R travels is good public transport for specialy dhaka to bogra root. They have sime AC bus that are very comfortable to people as bus journey. I recommended Their AC bus is good for a trip to dhaka-bogra-dhaka.

Service is as usual. Not good, not bad. The bus counter is very dirty. They never clean that and very unhygienic toilet.
