It will be a useful and modern shopping complex, which is beside the Bashundhara Industrial Headquarter. Though it is under construction, however the location is very good and the demand of the residents will be fullfiled soon.

One of the modern buildings of the area. It has both stairs, an emergency exit, lifts and escalators! Super shop Swapna has their outlet in the basement and at the ground floor, there is an 🏧 ATM machine operated by UCB. The architecture of that building 🏫 is modern and it has office spaces at upper floors.

The shopping center is ok, The buffet is also up to the mark. The shopping center has a prayer space in B2 and the washroom is in GF.

I love that shopping mall has such range of stores, offering high-end fashion option. But about entertainment option you find nothing such as Cinema Complex, Kids playground that upset me most. Food court are still growing. I appreciate how clean and we'll maintained the mall but needs to improve more. Latest in addition Shwapna a retail chain store has lunched an outlet in Rupyan Shopping Square. You also found real estate company in that building.

This place is inside the Bashundhara Residential Area and located at the G block near 300 feet purbachol highway.Its a shopping center constructed by the Rupayan group.There is a roof top restaurant for dinning and lunch.

Not bad, it's really relaxing shopping center, I wish there would be more clothing store available.

Shopping square environment is great but some spaces is blank or you could say there is more vacant place in where more shop need to be constructed for better shopping or tour.

It's a very small beautiful Shopping Complex. Number of Shops are very limited. Out of that max are food shops. But not quality one. Max space used for various offices setup. But it's having good parking place. Sign system is good. Washroom need very careful maintenance. Necessary cleaning material may help.

Nice 13 storied commercial building. But during heavy rainfall, water is stuck on the front road for few hours. Others are ok.

Not well decorated like signage or planned stores but short in distance for Bashundhara residential. Also price is higher.

The majority of workers are quite silent,the place is awesome and clean,one of the salons has unprofessional hairdressers which ruined my hair but other then that it's amazing,the items are full quality,no broken items and the employees are talkative and kind,I absolutely love this place,I will come there again.

Ruppayan Shopping Complex is a state-of-the-art and well-planned shopping complex adjacent to Bashundhara Residential 300 Feet Road.

Still quiet and calm. Not that much option for shopping. There is a super shop - SaraBela which is convenient fo daily shopping. Liked their office space. It got awesome place and view.
