Amy is best Online Travel Agent (OTA) of Bangladesh. Their mobile app is very easy to use. Support staff service is just excellent.

Amybd is a very good portal for booking tickets and hotels.

Airline already refunded the amount to the agent (according to their website). But Amy don't refund any amount to me. I contacted with Amy several times. But sorry to say they haven't solved it .

As far as I know, Amy is the first online travel agent in Bangladesh. I am taking their service since 2016. I am very pleased with their support team. Recently they have launched their new Android and IOS app. I am already using their Android app from last one month. It is very much user friendly and fast. Very nice and courteous agent. But cost me 50k plus on cancellation that was suspended by Bangladesh - India airlines. I paid them the entire amount now they are telling me refund will take 4-6 weeks. And one of them is non refundable, cancellation charge etc.

Best online portal in Bangladesh to book Air Ticket. I didn't know that they have a portal like this before. I used to visit their office physically to book an air ticket, but after I came to know about their online portal, I now book air ticket myself. Best thing is their web portal is very easy to use. They also have a nicely decorated office and their customer support team is very helpful. Hope for their best.
