I
did
hajj
in
2019
with
this
agency.
While
hajj
trip
which
places
they
will
show
us
or
what
will
be
the
schedule
for
different
activities,
everything
they
share
in
last
minute.
They
never
asked
for
our
suggestions.
It
seems
they
just
sold
their
hajj
packages
to
us
and
now
we
have
to
tolerate
their
dominating
attitude.
Specifically,
behaviour
of
Mr
Tareq
is
very
worst.
I
selected
Sphereds
for
hajj
because
I
was
aware
about
shariah
compliance
and
scholars
are
attached
with
this.
And
I
am
fully
satisfied
with
the
shariah
guidance
of
the
scholar.
Except
this
part,
the
Shepherd
management
was
worst
as
per
my
experience.
It
seems
to
me
that
I
travelled
with
a
military
team
and
I
have
to
follow
all
commands
with
no
words!
It's
ridiculous!
There
was
no
participatory
approach
and
some
information
not
shared
in
advance,
even
I
particularly
asked
though.
In
their
pre-hajj
training
at
Dhaka,
all
participants
were
asked
to
be
nice
to
everyone,
but
I
was
overwhelmed
to
observe
that
the
2
guys
of
management
wasn't
behave
equally
with
everyone.
They
never
asked
about
any
problem
until
informed
by
me.
But
it
was
their
duty
to
check
whether
any
problem
individually.
When
I
shared
any
problem
their
faces
become
very
hard.
It
looked
like
"why
you
are
asking
this
to
us,
it's
your
issue
to
solve
through
Sabr".
But
they
never
try
to
understand
that
this
guy
tried
to
adjust
for
4-5
nights
with
less
sleep
like
only
2
hours
at
nights.
Without
a
minimum
sleep
how
long
you
will
sabr,
I
want
to
know
from
the
shepherd
management.
I
know
problem
was
in
your
capacity
and
which
wasn't.
I
never
complained
and
asked
to
solve
a
problem
which
was
beyond
your
capacity.
But
as
usual
your
policy
just
to
ignore
and
avoid.
Is
it
your
business
policy
to
keep
your
customer
in
a
struggle
environment
and
you
will
sleep
in
a
good
mode?
They
showed
their
favour
to
certain
people
and
others
like
me
was
told
to
hold
"Sabr(patience)"
and
sacrifice.
It
seems
to
me
as
an
"EMOTIONAL
BLACKMAILING"
and
EYEWASH.
Allah
knows
better
about
our
sufferings.
I
will
never
forget
the
painful
memories
at
Madinah
cause
I
couldn't
sleep
at
my
room
and
I
had
to
sleep
at
prophet's
mosque
for
the
whole
Madinah
time.
Shepherd
management
couldn't
do
anything
to
resolve
the
issue
but
they
discussed
the
issues
in
public
forum
in
such
a
way
that
seems
very
insulting
to
us.
Further,
they
never
asked
me
am
I
hv
any
problems
or
not!
I
was
mentally
prepared
to
have
hard
times
during
hajj
days
(Arafa,
Mina,
Mujdalifah)
but
wasn't
prepared
to
hv
hard
times
due
to
the
behaviour
and
mismanagement
of
Sphereds.
I
was
registered
not
for
free
but
why
we
have
to
tolerate
the
worst
behaviour
and
shouting
all
the
time???
If
you
says
"Amra
sobaike
Khushi
Korte
parbo
nah!"
Then
you
have
to
do
business
among
only
yours
friends
and
relatives,
not
for
the
general
people
like
me!
I
never
informed
before
last
minute
of
my
flight
(when
I
collect
my
laggague
tags
saw
Amin's
name
and
I
was
overwhelmed!)
that
Shepherd
has
no
agent
licence.
They
are
attached
with
a
big
travel
agent
who
has
licence.
It
seems
no
transparency.
Ha
ha
and
Halal
business!
You
guys
don't
have
enough
manpower
to
serve
such
a
large
group.
You
did
most
of
your
task
through
motivating
people.
And
when
you
needed
any
help
you
guys
turned
into
such
a
nice
personality!
In
that
time
Ur
commanding
words
turned
into
sweet
smile!
I
never
saw
such
a
drama
in
my
entire
life!!!
