Bought 3 tickets from here. Dhaka to Chittagong to Dhaka with family including an infant, and the boarding process was relatively smooth bearing in mind the airport was congested. Flight left on time and arrived early so the experience could not be faulted. Foods were good. An infant friendly airline. They gave snacks and drinks even for my 3 months old boy! Embraer jet tends to have a bit short leg room, which might be a problem for tall persons! Scores are based on my expectations for a one hour domestic flight.

NOVOAIR is the top private airline company in Bangladesh. They have started with 144 Jet Aircraft. Three types of aircraft US Bangla have, Now they have ATR 72-500 aircraft. NOVOAIR operating in one international route as well. They are maintaining the timing perfectly. Their airport staffs are very helpful and cooperative. Cabin crew are very hospitable. Excellent inflight food.

Worst airline company, I traveled from Cox to Dhaka and they insist me to change and book earlier flight as the flight witch one was ready to depart had only 10/12 people and they said my flight will be delayed. After issuing the ticket suddenly the desk manager Touhidul Islam called me and ask the photo proof ID of my infant kid and he forced me to buy ticket because to him my kid looks older. Such a harassment it was. Please do avoid if you get other better options as this Domestic Plane service is getting unprofessional day by day. Me & My family and my close one will never fly with Novo for lifetime.

Flights were delayed most of the time I traveled in this airline. Staffs are less cooperative than contemporary airlines. Not recommended.

Travelled so many times by NOVO Air kept maintaining quality of service all the time. Till now, I guess they are the most trusted airlines after BD Airlines! Keep up the good work team NOVO and make BD aviation industry proud....

The office of Novo Air which is one of the most safest airlines in Bangladesh. The corporate office is nice but you wont feel that from outside. It has a signage in front and very simple building. The entrance is like I'm entering in a house rather than office.

Today I came from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar on your flight number VQ-923. The luggage that I booked on your flight was just bought new for this tour, but they left many scratches on my luggage, it seems to be an old luggage..

Banani office is really big.

Novoair was located main road side in banaani town . There office was well furnished & decorated . There employee has also friendly behavior. They also maintain corporate behavior 🙂

Best Airline in Bangladesh, focused on safty & service.

Very bad service. Flight gets delayed frequently without any proper justified reason while others are providing service on time. Not recommended at all.

The first journey i have done by air is through NOVOAIR.They were professional about their responsibility from check in to landing portion in airport.Their hospitality deserves praiseworthy.Their scheduled flight was departed in due time.I think that NOVOAIR has capability to compete with other domestic airlines prevailing in aviation sector of Bangladesh.As far as i am informed about their operation in Bangladesh,they are planning to enhance their logistics along with fleet in order to contribute in the aviation sector of Bangladesh.
