They are the worse. I was planning to get a product from their website because they offer a 10% Cashback offer if you purchase with Bkash. I added the product to my cart, and there was not enough money in my Bkash. So, I was wondering about buying the product tomorrow. The next day when I was ready to purchase the product, I visited their website and watched that the product price was increased. This is not the first time. A few months back, the same incident happened. They monitor who added which product to their cart, and they will increase the price of that product.

It used to one of the best online marketplace of Bangladesh. Unfortunately, it's not the case anymore. Last couple of times, they failed to deliver the product within their estimated delivery timeline, every time. They did not miss it by 1-2 days, but, took 7-12 days more than their given schedule. Pathetic to see such downgrade in service.

Picabu was good 2 years ago bought expensive stuff but bought an AC 3 months ago and am in danger. They are working with cheap technician after 2/3 days it is problem that problem. After making a phone call of thousands of rupees, they don't receive.

It's pikaboo's office pickup point, from here you can collect your order to avoid extra charge & it's very much better if you near the Niketon. Although the office staff behavior is much good & you can easily find the pickup point from map or their official website.

Midea 1.5 Ton Inverter Air Conditioner (MSI18CRNAF5/MSI18CRNAF9) The product was ok. The Installation and Delivery service was TERRIBLE. The delivery man refused to deliver the AC to the doorstep. They left the product on the ground floor. I requested him to carry the AC to my home. I live on the 3rd floor. But they told me "Ashe pashe kaure bolen tule dite." and left. Pickaboo did not offer free delivery. I paid 500 tk, yet they did not deliver the product properly and left me in a very uncomfortable position. I took the installation service from Pickaboo. They charged 2000 tk for this. They completed the installation hurriedly and did not cover the outside pipes adequately. The finishing was poor. I asked them to do that properly but they did not comply. In the end, they tried to steal the extra equipment that came with the AC box. The AC box was infested with termites. I have added an image to the review. If I have to receive an old AC box infested with termites, why should I buy from Pickaboo? If I had to look for someone to carry the AC to my home, why would I buy from Pickaboo and pay 500 tk? If I pay 2000tk for installation, I deserve a smooth installation service.

Poor supply chain. They can't deliver you the product at home if there is no parking! This is ridiculous. Why would people go for online delivery if they have to give go outside and find the delivery man?

I think one the best and reliable e-commerce site of Bangladesh. No false advertisements. But you should choose carefully before buying anything. Again Offline is best than Online if you can afford so. Best of luck.

There was a time when Pickaboo provided reliable service, but unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. On Jan 5, I ordered a router that was unavailable on other e-commerce sites. After prepaying, Pickaboo confirmed the order via phone within 2 hours, but suddenly everything came to a halt at “Pickup in progress”. I initially thought it might be delayed due to the national election. However, six more days passed with no progress. On January 11, I called them myself and asked about order status, and that’s when they informed me that the supplier couldn’t provide the product as it was out of stock. I requested a refund, and after two days, they processed it. What’s frustrating is that they didn’t notify me about the product’s unavailability; I had to call them. This is egregious! Won’t be ordering anything from them again. 👎

Well I would love to say that, their welcoming was very warming and about products, u can't simply blame any online stores, they simply help the stores to sell their product via internet, so if the products are bad don't judge them. If you have any issues you surely have the right to claim it and just because I got fantastic products doesn't mean that I will be rating them good. I rated them because of their service which has very fast, the location is very convenient for all and most importantly they are really punctual. The office decoration is even beautiful.

Their delivery service is very poor. Please be careful when you are ordering. They didn't delivered my phone to me instead kept the product infront of my house guard room. They didn't even bothered to ask my permission. In their terms and condition they said to check the product before taking delivery, maybe. this is the reason they don't deliver the product in customers hand. Previously their service was good. But at present they are not providing at least average service.

The WORST experience I have ever had with any online marketplace. Bought a product with express delivery (charged 140BDT). But it was defective and the next day I claimed to replace the product. They assured me that they will replace it within 7-10 days. 8 days later, they returned back the same defective product with the warranty seal broken without any prior contact. I refused to receive it. Then again after constantly trying to contact them, it took a total of 20 days to get the replacement. BUT - though it was intact, it didn't have any warranty seal & after unpacking it I found the quality was even worse than before replacement. Total waste of money, energy & time. They do not value customer & do not take complaints seriously. There are better places for donations actually.

I ordered a headphone, paid through nagad. They refused to deliver product saying they don’t cover my area which is “Khilkhet” but it was on the list when i placed the order. I feel scammed.

worst experience ! Ordered a product through their app . Received a defective product and returned it . They gave a new one but it had the same issue . When I called them they said the warranty period is over and I can't return it . So basically my money is wasted

Yesterday I buy a Oneplus Bullet wireless Z2 ANC. Delivery man behavior is very bad. The Pickaboo policy is not user-friendly. If I have to check the product, I have to make the payment first, then I can check the product. I said I would check in front of your delivery man, but they did not allow it. And the funny thing is, if I find fault with the product in front of the delivery man, they are not returning the product or money; I have to contact Pickaboo Customer Care and claim the warranty. After that, they will check and give you feedback. That's a long process. So, if you buy from Pickaboo, you will be a loser.

Too much bad delivery service, not waste your valuable time by order product in pikaboo. Too much bad customer call service and also their behavior is not well.
