For Feni's passengers, this is the best Bus counter alongside TT Para counter. But this counter needs some improvement for arranging Male washroom facilities.

good bus service from Feni to Chattogram & Feni to Dhaka. some bus is bad. Chatto metro BA 149057(Feni to Cox's bazar) is not good.because Driver drives very dangerously!

One of the companies which providing service for a long time. Their service is quite well. Good thing, they try to maintain the time. Ticket prices are reasonable. The buses are comfortable for the passengers. The facilities for the passengers in the counter are also good. You will enjoy a nice time!

I regularly buy tickets from the bus counter and every time I feel very disappointed about their services. I think they don't know the basic standard of quality service. The service they provided to the customer is below average. To my knowledge, I didn't like their services, not for one time. They have many areas to improve. I won't recommend this to others though there is no other option.

This is a bus counter of Star Line bus which is most popular for traveling from Dhaka to Feni. They have also service in many rout way. They have AC and Non-AC bus Services for passengers. But the counter facilities are too basic, could be much better. Mainly ticketing service and I think they don't know the basic standard of quality service.

Very frequent bus schedule and almost timely departure most of the time. Counters like maniknagar or their main hub in feni both lacks good seating space. No ac inside counter. Poor toilet facilities. Should look into this as they’re the prime service provider of Feni.

Star line started a new cheap A/C coach service. Nice, clean & comfortable service. Only thing is they stops every counter on its way, and if you buy ticket for Chittagong they will drop you at Alongker Mor. So be prepared for this.

Star Line is a renowned Bus for Dhaka - Feni - Chittagong route. It is the only bus for "Feni to Dhaka" route passengers. Thus, there is always a rush in ticket counter. Its don't have online system for booking ticket. So, it's good if anyone booking seat 1-2 days prior the journey. Manual booking system is not handles properly by management. May be it could be a policy of this transport. But, passengers of this transport supper a lot at the time booking seat. This transport has available bus for starting a trip by 5-10 minutes interval.

Eid ul fitor gone by 3/04/2022.But today 10/04/2022 when i went to take ticket from mohipal counter they said that there's have no ticket.After 5 minutes they said that one ticket remaining price will be 350/-. I said that ok.But they change 100/- out of 500/-. They are making money by there blind eyes. That was totally unexpected.

People go there to purchase ticket. Washrooms are not clear and should not use these Washroom during the travel. They should clear these room for travellers
