Great value for money hotel in town! This is located in a prime location of panthapat. This hotel is very clean and safe. They have wide range of room category. The rooms are quite good related to price. Everything was neat and clean. The washroom was also good. It would be better if people can order outside food. Staffs behaviour was satisfactory.

Stuffs are really rude and disgusting, specially there's a stuff named Rassel, he is really rude , he would give you lots of excuses to avoid any work. He has good support from front desk stuff, Mr Saiful , so he keeps on doing so. During monsoon it's good to avoid the place as Infront to the hotel ,it clog water at least 1to 2 ft. Washing room is too small and dirty, not cleaned regularly, there's also clogging problem.

Other than being in a prime location, this hotel is really sad. They don't operate 24 hours so if you arrive after 11 pm on any day you have wait for someone to unlock the front door. The elevators are shut down after 10 pm so you will need to walk up several floors before reaching your rooms. Hot water is shut down at 9 pm so you can't shower. WiFi is shut down after 10 pm. This hotel is perfect if you always come back home before 8 pm and sleep at 9 pm. If you want to enjoy nightlife go somewhere else. The hotel restaurant is also not 24/7 and room service is between 7 am and 9 pm only. The rooms are also small compared to other hotels in the area but cost similar. The staff doesn't open doors for guest like most hotels do. The room doors are also broken. You and the staff will get locked out at least once. I rented 2 rooms and both rooms the doors stopped working midway into your trips. When we told the staff they told us it's common and that in a few hours the doors usually fix themselves... Why install electric doors to rooms if you can't get them to work always? Overall I don't recommend.

This hotel is awesome. I really like their service and the room as well. *Room very much clean soft bed clean washroom with separated shower area Tv is big enough perfect location Although the view from the room is not good but worth it. Morning breakfast was awesome. We chcek out at 12:30PM and we requested them to keep our bag and baggage for 8 hours and they agreed with smile. I didn’t find anything negative to this budget friendly hotel. Happy stay😁 I highly recommended to stay this hotel.

I stayed in room 502. This is a fantastic hotel. I really enjoyed staying here. When booking the room I was a bit sceptical because of the low price but for the value, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff including front desk, porters, cleaning, restaurant staff were super friendly. The location in Dhanmondhi is perfect. I will definitely be back again.

Don't be fooled by the rating. The very first thing I noticed once getting inside my room was stinking smell of cigarette. The bedsheets, pillow, blanket everything stinks with dirty smell other than cigarette. No free water is included in room, they tried to charge me for juice that I didn't consume. The room is very tiny, washroom is unnecessary big. The hotel itself in located by a very dirty road.

My husband and I stayed at "Priyo Nibash | Stylish Residential Hotel" for ten days. And we would recommend this place to anyone with 100% confidence. We will give you reasons why we loved our stay at Priyo Nibash: Their staffs are awesome. ALL of them. If you need something, you call the front desk and your work is done. We had to buy 5 liters of Mum water daily during these ten days. They bought the water from the local shop and carried that heavy bottle to our doorstep every day. As we stayed for a long time, we needed laundry service as well. They helped us with that too. I can go on more actually. I can't emphasize enough how well-behaved, cordial and helpful their staffs are. We loved them all. The rooms are very well furnished and well equipped. You'd find everything you'd need. The wall sockets support all electronic devices which is a huge plus; you don't need to carry any converter. The washrooms are very clean. If you're religious, you'd find a prayermat too. This place is family-friendly and **kid-friendly** as well. I loved their restaurant service. They serve food until 11:00 at night. I have tried almost all of their Thai/Chinese items and I must say that I LOVED all of them. The price, the food, and room service (if you like to order to your room) are just perfect. Let's talk about the complimentary breakfast buffet. I loved their service all too much. The best thing I observed was that the restaurant staffs were super patient and friendly with kids during the breakfast hours. I had my power coffee and a fresh glass of fruit juice every morning there. Last but not the least, we mistakenly left some of our stuff while we checked out. We returned to the hotel the next day and they kept our valuable stuff as is.

Because it had everything you need, clean rooms ,very nice staff, if the power in the city goes off the have backup power. Shampoo,bodywash, toothbrush,toothpaste , roomservice, breakfast, the rooms have got airconditioning, the Windows are dubbele glass so you dont hear the noise outside so much! There is an elevator. In Dacca all those things seems normal but arent.!! We stayed longer than we planned!!

The best hotel in Dhaka I think considering price & service. My grandfather was ill and we were taking treatment in a nearby hospital and during all those hard time this hotel always tried to give us priority services. Although my nana died a year back & in a few days I'm moving to New York but thank you Priyo Nibash for some good memories 🖤

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Priyo Nibash! The staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. I especially loved the rooftop swimming pool, which was a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Taking the advantage of hospitals around they are fixing tariff excessively. Authority should consider while giving licence to start business in such a area. NBR should check tax and vat from this business. There is room less than BDT 4000 and the occupancy rate us 100% always.

Don't like there rooms

I stayed at Priyo Nibash for two weeks back in January. It was my first time in Bangladesh, so I really had no idea what to expect. Staying here was outstanding! The hotel staff were extremely friendly, always asking if I had everything I needed, or needed my room cleaned. The hotel rooms were very clean including the bathroom, cleaner than most hotels I've stayed at in America. There's a comfy bed, air conditioning, coffee, refrigerator, shower with hot water, and plenty of outlets that you can use all sorts of plugs with. The food was really good and arrived to the room quickly. Pretty great location too, awesome view from the room, and also very quiet (for Bangladesh). Honestly, I can't even think of a negative. Overall, amazing stay and Bangladesh was beautiful! I will definitely stay here again when I come back! Thank you!! 😁
