I went there with my wife two times. Both the times for same reason, my wife had high heart rate. I visited the emergency room. The staffs are well behaved. The scheduled doctor is also well behaved. There are 4 beds in the emergency room. They pushed an injection to reduce the heart rate. The injection is very painful, and when it was pushed, my wife had a life threatening reaction for first 2-3 minutes. Anyway, they suggested emergency blood tests, echocardiogram, etc. All the tests and reports done very quickly. Within 1 hour. The payment counter is in the 4th floor. Too much crowded. In fine, the best place for heart disease patients. Now the most important thing is, the charges are very high. Not equivalent for low income people. I uploaded some pictures with my review which suggests the rates and charges. The alternative service of this hospital is National Institute of Cardiovascular Disease situated in Shaymoly. It's Govt and charges are very low and doctors are also good but service is very bad. You've to decide where to go. Thanks.

This hospital's employee behavior is very bad. Security guards are very unprofessional & stupid type. They didn't know how to behave & well manner. Specially security guard Satter is totally stupid guy. Misbehave with every patient. So I would like to request please take a necessary action.

The reception/information desk lady gave me misdirections multiple times. I doubt that she knows anything about the hospital. This place is insane and have no clue what they are doing. Every result they gave us was incorrect and when we went to square hospital, every test they gave us was different from what the test result in this place was. My Mother has been done her Cardiac surgery just a week ago by Doc.Masum Siraj and Alhamdulillah her critical Cardiac surgery went very well and now she is doing much better just right after few days of her surgery, still she needs more recovery though. Hospital staff are good. Specially doctors. Treated our mother there. At first she admitted into Cardiology department under prof Dr liakot. Angiogram shows she had 3 block in her coronary artery. Sir referred to cardiac surgery department. Prof dr sharif hasan did the surgery. This surgeon is scolding visitor and nurse in front of everybody in surgery general ward. Very inappropriate behaviour, A mannerless surgeon. Another thing is after 10pm the pharmacy is closed. So if anybody needs any emergency medication it should be bought up by family members or emergency driver from outside. A well known tertiary hospital without any pharmacy service in night shift is pathetic. Price are too high. Some hidden charges are there in name of cardiac service. CCU and ICU are below average quality.
