Our doctor at Khidma Hospital was good but the MD of Khidmah has no respect for the patients, he calls for meetings with the doctors for hours while patients are waiting. First it happened when patients were waiting for surgery, the assistants kept giving eye drops again and again while the MD kept the doctors busy. Then it happened again another day, khidmah means to serve, MD should have separate designated time for meetings when no appointments should be given to the patients, very frustrated.

Went to consult a gynaecologist with my wife for her pregnancy. I was astonished by their rules! They didn't allow me to go with my wife in the doctor's chamber. They also added that, if it was an emergency, the doctor would come out of the chamber to talk to me, but they didn't let me go with my wife in the chamber. I visited the hospital on Friday last. There was a long que of the patients for doing lab test. But only one official was working on the counter. It created big hassel and chaos inside the hospital which was really embarrassing. People were shouting for not getting proper service. One woman came with a patient for doing ultrasonogram but technician was not available. She was complaining the issue someone over phone. Hospital authority should take extra care for improvement of the service.

Still she is the famous Gyne Doctor in Khidmah hospital. Doctor Sahnaz take patient till 2am means patient will become half sick just waiting and waiting for her. We came at 8pm and it is 12:15 Am and still waiting and waiting. Very poor time management.
