There’s only one biometric booth inside. Ignoring a lot of queue, they will force you to buy premium service at BDT 5000. Unprofessional service at all. They push one general applicant after each 3/4 premium candidates. Sluggish steps will eat a full day of yours.

I wish I could give you zero star. They deserve literally no star. I am literally crying and writing this review. They are professionally trained how to harass people. I have applied for my parents tourist visa and they are literally not bothered at all giving our passports where the passport is in their office for almost 2 months now, Uk home office contacted us about the details 2 months ago and they confirmed they processed our documents to them. They are completely denying this after showing them with proof and creating problems where we have plans for further, they are destroying every single thing. I live too far from my parents, they supposed to visit me but for their harassment today i can't meet my parents in time. They are literally waiting people to come and withdraw passport with money so that they can get some money, also who has not applied through premium service they are intentionally harassing them. (If you need money why don't you ask in person directly) They know they are the only way to get visa for abroad, they are doing whatever they want. I am totally upset and disappointed with their service. I don't know when i can meet my parents. They are highly corrupted people. I would like to ask what you get by harassing people? We live in abroad and we are busy and not interested in these kind of service. Why don't you guys be straight forward?

Great customer service for the US Visa line. Everything happened in a disciplined and non-discriminatory fashion. Very well organized. I collected the token number and was escorted inside the air conditioned collection area in a timely fashion. Inside the collection area, was continuous announcement on the token number and counter number. Make sure u bring all relevant documents with you at the collection center (check the website). The waiting time is long. So bring a book with you to pass the time. NO NEED TO BRING ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS/CHILDREN UNDER 18. Only applicants will be allowed inside. It is unnecessary and they have to wait outside in this hot, rainy and humid weather.

One and only place where you can submit your biometric, passport for a selected county. I had the very worst experience there in terms of their service, dealing crowd and most importantly they are offering premium service that requires extra pay and that is one of the major reasons to intentionally wait until the queue is longer than expected. Also, they charged 16 BDT for one page print. I must recommend a photo copy of your passport and consent papers before going there. Consent papers can be collected on their website.

Their service is not up to the mark, staff behavior is rough and not decent. Service counters are limited, they are offering illogical premium service, which cost is too high.

Their service quality is avarage, few things need improvement, UK visa dealing booths are quite slow. One issue truly need to be solved- attitude of female who take biometric informations(memoo). Her attitude was judgemental.not only me other peoples also faced that.

1. They don't maintain appointment times. 2. They sound like they're picking a fight with you. 3. They will intentionally mislead you to extort more money from you. I hope people find better travel agencies. Because the staff here (the ones processing Australian visas in my case) are straight-up repulsive and will be rude to you without any reason. Poor people looking to travel abroad do not deserve to be treated like this. Their business does not respect their customers and they should not get a single penny from anyone.

This is literally a tiny place to serve the huge number of applicants visiting there nowadays. Appointment system is also discontinued so you might have to wait a whole day to get your work done. Last week I had to stand 7 hours in the queue on the street in front of the building just to collect my passport. They should increase the facilities and manpower immediately.

My sister-in-law just visited this location to complete biometric and had a terrible experience. One of the experiences is that they truly compelled a client to select premium service for high fee when she repeatedly rejected and asked for generic. They even suggest that they will aid with visa application with premium service even though she had no need for visa application assistance. Despite the fact that the appointment is presumably for half an hour but it may take all day with general. Poor service.

It costs for the service but saves huge time for the day. It took nearly 2 hours after availing a gold package. They need to add a digital payment option. Nowadays people are comfortable with cashless transactions. There is plenty of room to improve the service. Staff needs grooming for behavior and stress management, which is very crucial for service related companies. I wish to see good changes in the future.

This is an extremely slow organization. Took 4 hours only to submit the passport. There is no sufficient sitting arrangement for the visitors, almost half of the people keep standing for hours. They should seriously rethink how they operate. Overall service is insanely poor. Update: Someone whispered around me that they have a subscription/premium model for faster service, so I suspect may be they keep normal clients waiting to promote that.

First I like to mention they can only offer their premium services but can't force anyone for that and also mislead that with premium service they will provide visa assistance but my wife went their for biometric. Secondly, please trained your staff first how to behave with clients. I am so pleased with them I wish I could give them zero star.

I have visited VFS global for Canada Visa processing. It is running out of capacity. Environment is crowed, not enough sitting arrangement, many people were standing. I took priority service but the lounge for priority service is also very small amd it was also running out of capacity. Behaviour of staff was good amd they were trying their best to manage the crowd.

I have been there twice. During my first visit, I saw people getting roped into paying for more unnecessary services like premium. I was given judgmental look when I repeatedly refused to pay for unnecessary extra services by one of their female staff. Even though I had to wait long later on to complete all the procedures it was okay otherwise except for their unhelpful mannerisms by staffs. However, the last time I went there I was happy to see the improvement of their front desk services. Unlike last time, staff were actually talking to clients nicely.I had chosen few extra services this time for convenience but they let me know that those services would not be suitable or useful for me and didn't charge me for it. What a twist! I'm not sure if this was a coincidence or administration was actually taking notice of the previous complaints but I was satisfied with the improvement. Unfortunately, at the last moment, during my biometric, the staff that took my information was extremely unprofessional and rude. Her name has already been mentioned in the reviews here. Although I don't remember the face of the front desk lady from my first visit, the one this time in the biometric booth reminded me of her. Two of my acquaintances also experienced similar event there. I hope to see more improvement in VFS in this regard.

1.no wheel chair access. I've seen at least 5 people during my recent visit who are very frail,sick and too weak to walk and climb stairs.particularly one gentleman was paralysed one side of his body.it was too difficult for them to climb stairs Also people usually come here a bit early for uncertainty due to traffic jam and there's no waiting area/sitting arrangement for them.it was odd to see people who came from a long distance standing on the road side in scorching hot weather. As it is a world class office, we deserve world class service. 2.waiting time was too long.only one booth for payment and there was long queue.doesn’t matter you take premium service or not, you have to stand in that line.also they don't accept card which is a major disadvantage as visa applicants have to pay a large sum of money and It's difficult to carry cash. 3.the infamous front desk people will convince you to take premium service and pay a huge fee for some biscuits and so called service. They exaggerate some facts like queue, waiting time,have to do everything alone and people get nervous and take gold service. You have to stand in queue and wait for call no matter you take premium service or not.Most ridiculous matter was that people have to wait outside with non premium people (lol) just to enter the premium Lounge 🤭.If you can't provide a service you shouldn’t offer it and make people pay for it.

I recently visited VFS Global at Delta Tower on the fourth floor. They have a system where applicants wait in line and receive tokens, which is fine. However, they don't allow parents or relatives to accompany the applicants inside, which is also understandable. The issue is that there's no waiting area provided, and those accompanying the applicants are forced to wait outside on the road. This isn't ideal, especially considering that the entire process takes at least 2 hours. It would be beneficial to have a waiting area with seating for the relatives.

Well known Visa n immigration service who works as an agent for the embassies. Security is good but they dont have any instruction written at entrance.A newcomer may get confused. Its also not wheelchair accessible. Different floor deals with different countries.

Small room can accommodate less than 50 people, no desk, no pen to write properly, photocopy too expensive (4 pages need 100BDT), have only two bio booth. Every person need to wait more than 3 hours.

The service is decent, however they try to force people to use their premium service by giving them false information, saying that the normal process is very complex and that the VIP service will help with the visa process. However, there is no need to avail the premium service at almost 6k taka extra. Besides this, overall experience was good.

Their premium service is good, however if you're going through regular service which takes a whole day at least 4 to 5 hours. I suggest you have patience and wait this can save you a lot of money.

The people who works there knows how to get the job done. However, the place is cramped. There are so many people and so less space. If you have an appointment at VFS, do know you won't be attending to your other needs throughout the day because it takes at least 3 hours before you can get out. If there are too many people inside, people make lines (queue) in the stairway hall, where the ventilation is weak and the temperature is well above outside. Be mentally prepared, or else it's very probable to fall sick just by waiting to get inside, and inside is a different kind of hell. Also, a personal experience, I had an appointment today (5th April, 2023) at VFS to receive my passport from Canadian Visa Office. They mixed up my papers, asked for a document which was already submitted and told me "Go home and bring the papers, we are open till 1:30". I hurried back home just to get a call from them saying where I was they have been calling my name. I was too tired to tell them anything. I just went back and made sure that my work is done. Another thing, please tell your security team to check people again if they go out of the building. This should be in the safety protocols already so maybe just let them know.

VFS Bangladesh is an immigration handling agency, who deals with Australia, Canada and US immigrants. It's situated at Delta Life Insurance tower, Gulshan circle-2. I visited this site today, in order to submit passport. Loved to witness that, everything was in order, where the staff portrayed professional attitude. Only applicants are able to pass through, where they would find instructions displayed on walls. In addition, there is a premium service, which includes a lounge. The concerned can rest there, where most work would be done by officials ( for Tk 5000 ). Finally, do be present during first hours, as the place may get clustered! Overall, it was a satisfying experience👍

Staffs are very good! Very cooperative!! Some days office is over crowded! Application receiving from 9am to 2pm. Delivery from 2pm to 5pm. Everyone has to take a serial (token) from the ground floor which is to reduce the applicants joining to the office in 4th floor. Good thing is, if they give a token from the ground floor, chances are 99% they will serve you in the same day.

The place is great. They are taking safety precautions. They are efficient in their work and very polite. They mainly provide biometric service for immigration in Australia, Canda, UK. One has to take appointment from their website before coming to the office.

Very disappointed with the service . The appointment was at 1.15 PM when we we weren’t even seen before 2.30 PM . There was counter which says open but there’s none providing service. The premium lounge was offered with somewhat insistence and there was enough staffs in the premium side whereas only 1 staff until 2.25 PM. When spoke to the supervisor, he wasn’t able to explain why counter says open when there’s none. Why out of 3 designated counter only one is open. His answer is that they are short staffed. Very dissatisfied with the service.

This VFS global office is situated in the Gulshan-2 circle, Delta tower. You have to book your Biometric booking for your desired country. Canada, Australia, USA, UK, Sweden, Denmark and some other countries visa Processing are handled by this VFS global office. Recently I heard that they will change their office location, as their present office is very conjugated. The main problem of this office is their AC is not Working and the number of seats is very limited. People have to wait a long period for their processing.

Too much delay on there process, it took almost 7.5h to take my biomatric, my appointment was at 1.30 pm. But it took around 7.45pm to finish. No place for sitting, you have to stand for this whole period of time or you can take the VIP SERVICE, which is 5000 bdt or around 50 usd.

VFS Global Bangladesh is the visa application center in Bangladesh for the USA, Canada, Australia and many European countries. Usually they receive applications from 10am and deliver passports and other documents from 3pm. There are some countries like Finland which have no embassy in Bangladesh. The documents handling for Finland visit visa, and RP card are done in Swedish Embassy here. Though the service quality is quite good here, some of the official and office staff behave like the Consular General or the president of that particular country himself.
