Good place for having steaks. Loved the rib eye, sirloin and the ribs but didn’t like the new item( forgot the name). Sides were good too specially cheesy mushroom and mashed potato. All the chillers were refreshing. My favourite was tropical island. Friendly and responsive staffs. The ambience Was goo too. Parking facilities are available. No smoking zone was noticed.

One of the best steak I have ever had. Had T-Bone steak and Poutine. The sides were also awesome with the spicy rice (it was hot) but each bite felt really awesome. The price, it is also cheaper compared several others in the business. Nice ambience in the restaurant with friendly staffs.

Best steak i've ever eaten. Their food, Service everything was truly perfectionist. At first they gave us discount. Then they gave us fanta as treat. Then one of my friends broke a glass by mistakenly. But they easily solve it without penalty. We tried so many steak in Dhaka city but no-one bring us satisfaction as like steakout. We thought its our last time to taste steak. If the taste wasn’t perfect we will never eat steak anymore. But 'Rabby' vai ( banani branch) helps us to choose perfect steak for 4 person with perfect taste. We'll go steakout repeatedly in sha Allah.

Liked the ambiance and warmth the restaurant had. The cowboy hats for photo session was a great idea and the warm lights make a nice photograph. The steak was great but the salt felt like a bit too much on the steak. The sides were delicious especially the mushroom. The appetizer Boston fries was delicious and the complementary corn soup was full of flavor. Overall good experience. (It would be great if they kept more drink options. The kinley water bottle was the only water option and as someone who strongly boycotts products that support Israel, I was slightly disappointed. But I understand that the store themselves can't do much about this)

This is the first place which gets a 5 star rating from me. I have visited a lot of restaurants but I find them different from others. They were so polite and helpful. We find every person of theres is polite and professional. The food was so delightful and their mentionable thing was steaks. That was so delicious. We had lots of fun there. There were some nice Cowboy hats. You can use them for taking pictures. Unfortunately we broke a glass from the table but they just assured us that nothing happened. We have tried a mixed steak platter. That was perfect for us and we enjoyed it.

I have only had steak in Germany and it was exceptional, so I had high expectations since I did not get to try steak in Dhaka. My friend recommended me this place. We were served corn soup in a cup as a complementary drink. The waiters seemed to be very knowledgeable in regard to suggesting what to order and with which sides and sauce. Food was served in about 15 minutes. The ambiance is good for a casual dine in. As a starter, we went with the Poutine and the Crispy Tucson Tender Fillets. The Poutine was light and delicious. Personally, I did not like the Fillets that much. For the main course, we ordered the T-bone Steak and the Imported Rib Eye. We wanted medium rare as the texture. The meat that was to be cooked was shown to us on a wooden platter by one of the waiters. He also asked whether he should slices the steak into long pieces for ease, which we gracefully declined. The combination is as follows: T-bone Steak Sides: Grilled Vegetable & Lyonnaise Potato Sauce: Cheese & Roast Bacon Imported Rib Eye Sides: Mashed Potatoes & Cheese Mushroom Sauce: Cheese & Homemade BBQ I highly recommend the Mashed Potatoes and Cheese Mushroom sides! As for the steaks, they were actually medium rare like we asked. The taste of the steak and the combination with the sauces were really good. Overall, would I come here again? Of course!

Taste of steak was good. Mashed potato and sauces are the winners today. Appetizer was good too. Again ambiance wasn't up to the mark. It could be better. Almost forgot, they served a cup of soup as welcome drink was nice! They gave us a card to track the number of steak I've consumed. If I consume 10 steak in total they will serve me a steak for free. It's nice, isn't it? In a single word my experience was average, but yeah it's definitely recommended.

The steak was good. Not the best. But most of the side items are worthless. Just for show off. They serve complimentary vegetable soup. I went to try their Forkost Steak platter. It was delicious. Meat was tender and juicy. It was mouthwatering combined with imported Malaysian coke. Considering its price, it was more than enough for one person. You can chose two other side dishes. I selected vegetables as side dishes. Their staffs were super friendly and professional. The seating area is was spacious. Definitely recommended if you are looking for budget friendly and quality steak.

Heard good things about the place, but my experience was not good, sadly. I ordered a rib-eye, medium done with cheese mushroom and mashed potato as side dishes. I specifically told them to prepare the steak medium done. But to my surprise, when they served the steak seemed almost burnt from the outside. It was 'well' done, not even medium well. I asked the waiter about it and he told me to cut the steak in the middle and show him. I did and it was clearly well done. Whereas, some people might like their steak like that, I don't . Didn't even ask if they should change the food. Really disappointing. Sides were good. The waiter was polite enough, but didn’t have proper training in my opinion.

The WORST kinda service that you can possibly get in a restaurants. 🚫The steak was absolutely raw (as shown in the image) even though I asked for "medium". They cooked it again, but it was still raw. 🚫 The poutine was totally burned. But they replaced that one. 🚫 The worst part was the people in service. Waiters here are uber unprofessional and rude. Out of the four steaks that we had ordered tomahawk was particularly bad. It was as chewy as a bubble gum. Even though we complained about that they insisted that that's how it should be! Afterwards they'd point fingers at our table and make rude gestures. Sadly the only thing they did properly is the attempt to copy WoodHouse and ruin our jolly new mood. And only because WoodHouse was closed early today (due to new year eve) we were compelled to head to this dump. Rather than buying google reviews they should probably invest to improve their behavior and services.

Maybe a best place for beef steak lover. I am a chicken lover. I went there to try chicken steaks. But today chicken items were not available. Which made me disappointed. So we took beef pepper steak (200 gm) and beef mushroom steak (200 gm) . Took seasoned rice, cheesy mushroom and fried vegetable as side dish. We thought they will give us sauce. But unfortunately maybe they don't serve extra sauce with 200 gm steaks. If you don't like beef that much, I will suggest you not to go there. Or before going there you must call them to make sure if chicken steaks are available or not.

Since then we are trying their food . Till now they maintained the same taste and service. Their Kashmiri Pulao you dont want to miss to have . I love their Butter Chicken as well . Chicken Cashewnut Salad is a must try as well . Whenever we go we try different items from their menu . The must have items from Sajna : Kashmiri Pulao, Cashewnut Salad , Butter Chicken , Naan , Daal Makhni . One thing I did not like their buffet . I prefer to order from menu rather than having buffet . DONT TRY THEIR BUFFET .

The spice and cooking was perfect but the meat quality was not a top class. I would not blame as in Bangladesh having a top quality of cut is not common perhaps quite impossible. Mr. Moazzem the waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly who have made our night beautiful.

Steak is to much greasy and not so tasty. Vegetables are poorly cooked. Potato lyonnaise is the worst. Cheese is cold and hardened. Fried rice is also in eatable. Smoke ribs challenge is impossible and unrealistic challenge.

First of all I must say that the food at Prime is excellent. My friends and I were both very happy with their steaks. That said what separates a four star restaurant from a five star restaurant is the service. At the price you pay to eat at a place like Prime everything must be top notch.
