Food is good. They are providing 67 food items for BDT 599. Quite a good deal for a buffet. They serve lunch from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Apart from the dishes they serve chicken kebab to the table. They also serve crabs to the table. Their kebabs and crabs are testy. However they seem reluctant to serve extra kebab and crab even if you miss it. Only reason is it takes time to prepare those items. They also serve unlimited drink. They have parking facilities. Therefore you don't have to worry about your car. The down part of our experience is lack of cleanliness. We went there at 12:30pm. Although we had a booking during that time, we had to request them to clean the chairs and table and swipe the floor. They said their cleaner has not arrived on that day. This shows a lack of professionalism to the clients. They have a lot potential to do good business in Mirpur if they give a little focus on decoration and presentation.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went there with my family for dinner. I placed the reservation earlier. I arrived at 8.21 pm and was shocked to see the atmosphere as like a hotel of a local bus station. All of the items were almost finished. I requested several times to refill but it took a long time to do the job. A few items tasted good but the hilarious service!! Even before finishing our dinner, they want us to pay the bill. As a foodie i have no alternative to being their fan. I visited many buffet restaurants. But no one could be equal to buffet stories in terms of menu, taste and service. They are always awsome with with food tastes and service. Their manager is really strict. Employees and staffs sometimes behave otherwise in the absence of manager. I visited them multiple times. It can be eaten slowly & comfortably over three hours. It is quite a big place, you may move easily and freely. They have a high chair with a table for eight people. All items are small. But the quality of the food is fine and hints of a new and different taste in each item. We have a family visit there for a buffet launch on 25 November 2023. I liked chicken biryani, chicken chilli onion, beef chilli onion, butter chicken, flaming chicken, and Thai soup. I like all kinds of fancy salads and crab fries also. There are so many cakes, desserts and puddings. All of our kids like all cakes too much. They have fresh water and drinks. They have catering services for all kinds of ceremonies. They have free parking plots and free street parking. There are wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance & wheelchair ♿ accessible seating.

Disappointing buffet restaurant at Mirpur. I had lunch with my kids & the items were poor so as their taste. Very ordinary starter & desserts. They were reluctant to refill. Staffs were completely unprofessional & not trained at all. When I called them for a booking prior my visit, the person talking to me (probably the manager) was very casual talking in local language. Seating arrangement was very congested, & they didn’t accept any cards.

We went on a weekday so it was less crowded. Attitude, staff behaviour was good. So if you're looking for budget friendly place, you may visit here otherwise I would not recommend to visit here as only very few items were good enough which one can find in any regular Chinese restaurants anyways.

Staffs behaviour were non professional. Overall, not welcoming, washrooms were not clean. It won't give you a pleasant experience. The forks and plates were not cleaned. One-time glass for juice and small plates for soup was not there, though there are couplenof staffs standing nearby, they have not noticed it. After I asked for it, they brought it in a way that they were annoyed. The food quality was worse. It seems either they bought cheap and rotten raw material or they preserved and served it for the next day. We three friends joined there, and we all had stomach issues the whole night. They only receive cash payment, which should be a big NO.

The place is crowdy. You have to compete for some items. Especially for beef. We had to wait for like 20 mins for a refill. And half of it was bones. After only 4/5 people’s take, its empty again & they would not refill for a while. I gave up on beef and tried mutton Kacchi instead. But the Kacchi was smokey and the muttons were a bit dry and somewhat unchewable! It got worse when I found a dead "House fly" in my food! I complained to the staffs, they quietly took my plate, had a little chat between two staffs and that's it! They didn’t even bothered to say sorry! 😅 I don’t think the staffs are trained to handle this type of situations. The way they greet, ask questions are below average that you expect from Buffett restaurant. Also they have two side by side toilets for male & female. Best of luck to the female guests being comfortable in that washroom. If you are going with family & spend some quality times, I recommend to find a better place. If you are ready to fight & compete for foods & services that you have paid for, in typical Bangladeshi way, this is the place for you.
