The eye care range is wide here and the service is good. Staffs are mostly well behaving. The thing i find hard to adjust is the serial process. Never in my visits, i could see the doctors in less than 2 or 1.5 hours. They give a time in the appointment and that's a dummy time. Your real time starts count when you reach hospital. Unbelievable in the age of current world. And after the doctor sees you, still you have to wait half hour or 15 mins just to get the prescription. Nutshell, come prepared to waste at least half a day

A famous eye hospital in Dhaka. Clean and organized. Staffs are helpful. Came here on 28 Aug 2023. To see doc for my father. I am happy to see the standard of this place. The behaviour of the doc is also good. They have advised my father to undergo a cataract surgery.

That's why along with general patients, people who have complicated eye problems visit here for better treatment. They have OT facilities. So they can do different eye operations. The place is clean and nice. The behaviour of the hospital staffs are good. Little bit expensive but like the hospital.

Very bad stuff behavior (Reception at Dhanmondi Branch 3rd floor). They actually dont know how to behaive with patients. They are taking doctor serials through phone calls but not mataining during doctor visit. Also not prioriting highly emergency patients. We visited servaral time this brach from 2016. But in 2023 day by day they're services getting very disappointed 😞. Suggesting to appoint new educated and well behavior stuff.

Once it used to be a place for premium service. Now the service has degraded and became like average private hospital, although the pricing is of premium level. Doctors don't maintain timetable, long queue, rude behavior of the staffs which is not worth the money one has to spend.

It a private eye institute with high quality service. The fees of doctor consultation is high but you will get satisfied service here. The behave of the staff is very positive and helpful. Couldn't detect my problem,the doctor's behaviour was rude, prescribed me the wrong power, couldn't even adjust after 15 days of wearing, did some unnecessary tests, ripped me off about 5k, without any solution. Avoid this place.

It’s like a kitchen market. They are not arranging minimum waiting space, despite of increased business. Number of patient handled by some doctor seems beyond maxmium.

I have visited a pediatric opthalmologist. Dr Jinat Rehena. She is very patient and caring as I found. The renovated building interior is also more comforting now. The oline appointment system works fine.

They opoerate in a systematic way and have invested well to have good equipment and infrastructure, but however the doctor is least interested in actually prescribing the right power for my eyes. His conclusion was very quick by trialing quick succession of lenses and just for the sake of prescribing a power.. even after telling him i can see fine with the current glasses im wearing, he suggested a slightly increased power. He did not compare and ask me which power suited me better. Whether the new one prescribed by him, or the current glasses im already using. He was more concerned if i am interested in lasik and wanted me to go down that path and make another doctors appointment for a consultation. Paying for a premium service where doctors consultation fees are tk1500. I wouldve expected much better services. I have received better services for less. I will post the doctors name in an updated post.

Very poor hospitality !!! Don't even respect it's patients waiting for treatment although they charge among the highest. I found them drifting away the helpless blind parents with a kid to wait outside on the streets even they had the whole building empty. Also they charge abnormally higher than their quality of service. Very very commercial and unsocial attitude.
