First of All you need to know most important thing of this hospital. IT'S 100% FREE of COST (Without medicines others all facilities like Doctor Visit - Injection Push, X ray are totally 0 cost) Just you need to take a receipt from counter by addressing, 1) Your Name 2) Location 3) Phone No. 4) Category / Species of the Animal Then you just go to the available Dr. room (mentioned in the top of the receipt) and consult your problem. After that you can find the medicines near to hospital in the main 4 road center of Bongobazar. Ask any local shop but not in hospital I will tell why in later. If you are done with purchase you go back to hospital if any injection push or other activities need to complete. That is how you can have the services from this place. ✪✪✪✪✪✪✪✪ N. B. ✪✪✪✪✪✪✪ Since it's a govt. monitored hospital so you might find some third party who will offer medicines at low cost from hospital as well as some may even ask for money after pushing injection and making x ray or others. Simple answer never give them money. If you want to give because your find them helpful and willingly want to donate some money that's fine but remember you're are not bound to which can be explained by them to some extents. Wish you to have a proper medical solution and save the life of any speechless soul ❣️

Central Veterinary Hospital offers essential pet care services and is open 7 days a week, making it a convenient option for pet owners. However, there are notable pros and cons to consider. On the positive side, the hospital provides cost-free services for animal care, including doctor visits, injection administration, and X-rays. Simply obtaining a receipt from the counter with your details allows you to consult a doctor regarding your pet's condition. This aspect of free care is highly commendable and eases the financial burden for pet owners. Nevertheless, there are concerning aspects to highlight. This hospital's prioritization of patients can be influenced by appearance and financial status, potentially causing distressing situations, especially in emergencies. While this may not be the case with all doctors, the observation raises a valid concern. In terms of hygiene, the hospital requires more attention to maintain cleanliness and create a healthier environment for both pets and visitors. Additionally, the irregular presence of doctors during official hours, with some arriving late, can inconvenience pet owners who rely on timely care. The review also warns against unofficial third-party individuals offering medicines or requesting money for services that are meant to be free. It emphasizes that the hospital is government-monitored and medicines are provided at no cost, as indicated by the signboard displaying "All financial transactions are prohibited." In conclusion, Central Veterinary Hospital provides commendable no-cost services for pet care, relieving financial strain for pet owners. However, challenges regarding appearance-based prioritization, hygiene, irregular doctor availability, and unwanted solicitation need to be addressed for a more consistent and reliable experience. This review aims to provide an accurate portrayal of the hospital's strengths and areas that require improvement. Unfortunately, couldn't find a hotline number on Google map for inquiries. Found a non active number after few google search. This is one of the key things to have to ensure quality service. Google map location doesn't have operating hours, which is another frustrating issue for the first time goers. The receptionist was okay. Despite having a low expectation for the treatment I was not fully disappointed. The doctor did let me talk and explain and was behaving well. However, he didn't bother to touch the cat (!?). My cat had a possible fracture or broken bone after a huge drop from 6th floor. He ignored my multiple request to conduct an x-ray. He casually mentioned it's hurt real bad (thanks for letting me know, Sherlock) and gave me treatment options to chose from. Well, maybe it was his experience talking, but still, if the doctor is that good to see through a cat to verify if it has broken bones or not without even touching it, I suggest you stop x-ray service for all (sarcasm intended*). Isn't that just pure negligence? What If my cat has a break like the size of a hairline and it's going though excruciating pain? I truly hope to see less stereotypical government employees with such easy going nature. This place has a lot to improve.

Quite clean compared to other public hospitals (human) and doctors, interns, and assistants are also good enough in terms of their work load. I visited two times in the last two weeks with my cat although we couldn't save her. On the first day, a lady doctor prescribed 4 items of medicine but conditions goes down we stopped the medicine and visit again after a week. On the second day, a man's doctor prescribed 3 injections for 7 days and asked to stop previous medicines, so 3 injections had to be injected each day! We did, but health conditions go down to the bottom! Lastly, we to go to private pet care but when my can on the last stage, Doctor said the previous medicine had overdoses! They have a bunch of areas of improvement- For the Doctors: They should give more attention to listening to the patients before writing medicine, and sometimes they should checkup the patient on their own, usually they sent to interns for health checkups. For assistants: They should be more humble to patients and don't show over-expertise. Suggestion for pet lovers: Please go to the SINCER doctor instead of the so-called BORO/Sokari doctors.

WORST hospital for pets. A vet called Najmul Hasan, his behaviour is EXTREMELY RUDE and offer NO TREATMENT at all (unqualified doesn’t have proper knowledge about veterinary) kept giving some random tests just for some money, which was totally irrelevant and was not related to pet’s sickness. They don’t offer any free services. They don’t provide any medicines and vaccines, tests and x-ray test.

Almost killed my cat by giving him wrong medication and too many injections! They keep giving human medicine to my cat which are very toxic for cats and he vomited nonstop! Tehy badly injured my cat everytime they gave him injections! They put my cat in a metal cage and abused him very badly for injections purpose but it wasn't necessary if. Only two people could hold him bru tehy refused to. I went home to find that my cat had serious injuries everywhere on his body and he has bleeding badly. I should sue this hospital!

DO NOT GO! The worst vet clinic on earth! Asks for bribe, gives wrong treatment and can't detect any illness, I went so many times and they didn't even touch my cat once or weight him or check his heartbeat or blood pressure- NOTHING! Very rude and misbehaving! One old x-ray doctor asked me if I can take him to usa.He took money but didn't do my cat's ultrasound!

I am not even sure if the doctors there are actually certified. I've seen a lot of people going there with their beloved pets who are having minor issues, and return with their dead bodies. Such a terrible sight! We went there with our cat at an emergency hour. It was during national holidays so everything else was closed. We had no other options but to take him there. The doctor instantly gave him an injection and after 30 minutes, he died. The doctor said that we were too late. Guess what the actual issue was? Our cat had a fishbone stuck in between his mouth. I have never heard that an animal needs an injection on his neck for the fishbone stuck in between gums. I wish that this doctor gets his license revoked (given if he actually has one).
