They are providing good services to people of all sections of the society. All of us Bangladeshis know that there are always illegal activities in government institutions. Let me share my experience, went to give rabies vaccine for cat scratch. I bought a ticket for 10 taka while standing in the serial. After the checkup, the doctor gave the vaccine at counter no. 5 and gave the second vaccine at counter no. 6. The compounder of the one who gave the second vaccine demand for some Boksis/Bribe. After that he prescribed some unnecessary medicine which is very expensive. Not only that, he told to buy those medicine from the nearby pharmacy where his wife run the pharmacy.

It is a government hospital. Facilities are same as other government hospitals. There is some open space in front of the hospital. Vaccines are given here if bitten by dogs, cats, foxes, bees, monkeys. By carding ten rupees, we took the cat bite vaccine.

For our experience it was good . The process are- Counter 1:you need to go there and issues your problem like give vaccine . Counter 3: you will see a doctor who will prescribe you accordingly to your problem Counter 4: you will pay 10/= taka for the services (one time payment ) Counter 5: these is the room then you need to go for the vaccine..(for us we give rabies vaccine and we need to take 3 injection and need to come for 3 days its according to your problem there is 3-7 days you need to come for the vaccine. ) Counter 7: The dates are issued here...which date you are giving vaccine they just write it on you vaccine card.. All these process we didn't have to wait for long.. after 1pm there is less crowd. It took for us around 10 min to complete all the process and give vaccine for the first day .and for the 2nd day there was vaccine line you need to wait if you come around 9-1. N:B. You need to go to counter 7 everytime for how many days you go to write your vaccine giving date on your card then you can go to counter 5.

Very disappointing; everyone is rude. Nurses are just worse. It feels like they are treating cows, not humans. Authority should put an eye on these issues.

I went there to take COVID vaccine after getting SMS; yet I had to pay 1000 Taka bribe for taking the vaccine; then comes the entry on system - it's been almost a month since I have taken my second dose, yet Surokkha shows I have not taken any vaccine!

Its a government hospital as far i know. The treatment may be not bad. But too much gathering. There is no good system for serial to visit the consultant. Othere wise the area is very much bigg. Have the trees also. But they can mote plant there. Also they can upgrade the cabin and ward. That are not much enough good actually.

I went there with my brother for a rabies vaccine. The receptionist, nurse, and doctors were so polite and helpful. As government hospital i was amazed by the service. Note if you come to take a vaccine with an attendant make sure 1 will Stand the line in font of counter 5 (where the vaccine is given) to avoid unnecessary waiting.

It is a very important hospital where huge numbers of people are taking health services. But the Messi environment and lack of cleanness and gathering of unwanted peoples are the impediments to get the proper services.
