Recently visited PDCL for several tests due to urgency. Anyway, the people in the service counter should serve with smiling face as a customer what we feel. Pathologists are doing respective tasks as they are robot, no conversation, no mercy, for example, just take the syringe, and get blood like vampire. As Shantibagh is my place of birth, so I have kinship and affinity with this locality. We do always prefer Padma pathology and some renowned doctors for their quality service caring attitude. However, as it is a continuous process it should be maintained. Recently, after giving blood at 7.00 pm. My patient was suggested to visit 3rd floor for ultra-sonogram with serial number 15. When we rushed there, number 5 was continued. The man in the service desk said that it may take about one to half an hour for our turn. It had been much anomalies, crowded, delayed, bypassing the serials, shouting… it was horrible and a mess and I have never seen such Padma. At 11.05 PM my patient entered the room no 306 for ultra-sonogram. We had been much disappointed and decided to never visit Padma again. When we left it, as if all quiet on the Western front, see the pictures.

One of best and oldest diagnostic center in Dhaka located very near to Mouchak Market. price reasonably good and reliable though. in spite of this sometimes doctor or pathologist are not in present timely which makes people's lots of time consuming. other than their services is good.

Pathological diagnosis provided smartly, that's good. Dr. Takib disappointed me, On the same day he chambered in a different place but when showing the report he has to pay a fee for the second time but my case is different after seeing he knows he has no treatment but let me do many tests then he says I have no treatment and unnecessarily give many tests which he don't see.

Not recommended at all . I went for a test to be done but the recipient behaviour was so egotistical. I don understand why these organisations keep such employee who behave so bad to patient. They are not professional at all . They are for our needs we r not for their . They need to understand that. These employees highly affecting on reputations of organisations. Keep some professional, helpful and well mannered people .

Somebody says reports are different from othe diagnostic center. I used to examine here as it is very near to my living area. And its just besides the road. Staffs are helpful to carry sick and old patient. Several specialist doctors examine patient here. Following doctors are available here.

Here all kind of diagnosis are available except some rare tests. All prices are reasonable. Staffs are very friendly & inside management is nice. All kinds of Doctors available. But 'Prof.Dr.Kaniz Mawla' her behavior is very rude with patients & she is hunger after money,but treatment is good.

For Ultrasound Dr. jahanar is best on besides Dr. Fahmida Yasmin is very very rude, unpolite and lacs of professionalism.. Sorry to say very very disappointed with Dr. Fahmida Yasmin.

Great facility for doing all sort of medical diagnosis. Their quality is very reliable among doctors and system is enough organized. Adequately clean and accessible. There’s big lift and wheelchair facility. Stuffs are helpful too. There is doctor consultation facility too with good number of practitioners available throughout the weeks.

Padda diagnostic is full of un professional doctors/ staffs. I took an appointment for my mother ( dr shamim ahmed ) , I called several times and they assured me to come at 6.30, the doctor came to the place at 8.30. My mother was able see him around 10.30, in this place no staff is happy to answer any questions! Rather they like to be busy on mobile!! All staffs behave like they are doing charity. Guys go to some decent place where management trains their staffs how to communicate with patients. And dont trust any information from their website, all are years old!

I'm. Very disappointed at their service. I'm a 7 months pregnant woman went their for my ultrasonography. Went there at before 8am and waited for hours then my serial came at 12.30. I already have kids before and asked for the gender of this baby this one. The woman was very rude first of all and didn't tell. Me. Anything. Even Ibn sina also says it before anything they see printed in report. Should have gone there. Padma Doctors attitude r bad.
