It's a private diagnostic and construction center managed by IBN SINA TRUST here all kinds pathology, radiology and physiotherapy are available it's also Doctor are available for consultancy. Staff are provided excellent customers service and good behaviour.

Neat and clean environment. But stuffs behaviour is very rude and rough. They are not helpful minded. Specially stuffs of cash counter and report collection counter are boorish and brutal minded. I have faced bad experience and get rude behave from their in several times.If possible you should/must avoid this.

Pros: 1. Very good consultation service. 2. All routine investigations can be done here. 3. Laboratory reports are reliable. 4. Laboratory service charges are reasonable. Cons: 1. No patient can be admitted. Because it's not a hospital. So, in case of admissible patients better to go elsewhere. 2. Not 24 hour open. 3. Their consultation service is mainly open at evening. Morning consultation service is very much limited.

Stuffs behave are not amiable and not helpful minded. Stuffs of Cash and reports collection services are totally rude. Very bad experience.

They offer a 25% discount on most of the tests. I was surprised to see that the cost of my tests without discount was still lower than what another diagnostic center told me after discount. The place is cozy and the behavior I received was pretty professional.

Actually I went there lots of times due to visit doctor and pathological test. You can trust them . They are religious and spiritually in highest level.They are most reasonable in the city.

Their corporate services is not that good. There is always a long queue at the corporate counter and only one attended at the cashier's point. It is disappointing to wait for a long time at corporate counter. Other services are quite good.

All time best diagnostic center. Service and behavior is very good here. I went there many times and felt comfortable. Machines and almost every instruments are like new. Floors and lifts are clean. Their service used to be good once but these days their service and behaviour have become quite poor and almost similar to that of govt. hospitals. So, those who expect to have friendlier services, better seek elsewhere. Totally dissatisfied.

Horrible experience today from Malibagh Branch Dental Unit. Dr. Sirin Akter Runa. Mismanagement, serial is not maintained. Chaotic situation. Poor service. Not recommended.

Best service for proper diagnostic activities and well known medicine. Cost is not so high. For proper treatment it is very affective in healing.

People who provide reports are very irresponsible. I was going to bring my test report. I have around 9 tests and they gave me 7 reports and didn't say anything about the other report. The next day when I again went for my report and said to them about this, they told me to check my report that maybe I have mistaken. After that they found that they didn't give me the report. Then they found it and told me that I should have checked all the reports when they gave it to me. I think this is very unprofessional behavior and authorities should train them before giving the job. I didn't accept this type of service from such a reputed hospital Ibne Sina.

The people of cash counter are incoroperative. They are so rude. I will never go there. The authority should take care of it.

It is a private hospital. This hospital near Malibag Bazar. There are lot of renowned doctors are practicing here.

I visited Dr. Nazrina khatun, cancer specialist and she was very unprofessional. Her visiting hour starts from 7-10 and she arrive after 9pm . I visited her twice and she was late for 2hours both day. Her helping hand outside who has the petient list, she was very rude. Otherwise the test i have done from Bhaban -1 (dr nasrina khatun prescribed) those doctors were well behaved. Ward boys and security guirds were well behaved.
