Beautiful place, nice atmosphere, great food, good price! We ordered Royal Bengal Khichuri Thali for one person, it was 750 taka! The platter consisted so many items that we could order another bowl of khichuri to eat with those item! The extra bowl took 230 taka! One platter is enough for two person except the khuchuri, that’s why we ordered only extra khichuri! Every item was tasty! The smell of the khichuri was so good! And the behaviour of the stuffs were great too! We went there at around 4:30 and the place was pretty empty!

We have tried the Kabab platter which tests really yammy. Kabab was soft and well cooked. The big platter was good for 4 people. But 4 parata comes with it is not enough. Service is not great. It seems running under staff who can't catter efficiently.

quite good for bhat lovers. loved the bhorta bhajis there. specially the palong chingri is really good. their coral fish is also good to eat. besides, there is a very good khichuri platter in here. the platter has outstanding range of food items. specially, if there are more than 4-5 members in a group, this platter would really be a great choice. service should be a bit faster. I found it a bit difficult to order evening items here. Options for evening snacks are very few and very costly as well.

Price is little bit expensive but teste of the food is good enough.

On the basis of my experience on 10 Sep 21 (breakfast) We ordered breakfast thali(the only option for breakfast here)... Chcken soup (as known in Star) Dim Jhuri, Ghono Dal, Shuji (though the guy kept on saying it's halwa) some onions oh one chillie. Well I was really disappointed with the taste - above all service. They provided us a glass with lipstick marks on it - can you believe that!!!! After all these was waiting for the tea - it was average. Don’t go for breakfast it will ruin the start of your weekend Btw it was hot as most of the AC was turned off... Allah bless them (I donno what else to say)

I have heard a lot about their Nihari/ Paya. Went to explore during Iftar time. But the Paya has finished already. So I have ordered their kebab platter, beef Halim followed by lime mint juice. Food tastes good. The milk tea was satisfactory. The price is not affordable for all. Service is very much appreciated.

Hello Dhaka is situated at Gulshan 1. It's not on the main road. It's on the sub road but near to Gulshan Circle 1. Multiple businesses at the same building. Parking is available for 2 to 3 cars. Avoid your private car if you are planning for this restaurant. They serve bangla food items. We took plain rice, alu bhorta, chicken bhuna, mejbani beaf, prawn. Food testes good. The tea at the end of the lunch feels good. The restaurant is expensive. Guests were few. Most of the tables were empty during lunch. But foods are good enough.

Went their for their Friday BOGO offer on Nasta Thali. Food was quite good for the price and was served warm. Service is a tad bit slow but the quiet place provided a relaxing ambiance.

Iftar at Hello Dhaka 🌙 [price:1200/-]. Here I’ve tried some items from what they’re providing. Iftari items are included too in the buffet. Aside from regular items you’ll also get- dumplings, mixed kababs, haleem, khichuri, beef Mezban, chicken curry, chicken wings etc. My favourite was the mixed kababs, must the cashew nut salad and not so authentic Basbousa. Which tasted heavenly! Overall I really liked the fact that they provide less items but great in quality. Also afterwards it felt very comforting.

We rally loved their khichuri platter. It came with chicken, egg, eggplant, tomato chutney, fried fish, ladies finger with shrimp, achar and salad. We added 1/4 mezbani beef with the platter. The food was really good and the portions were good as well. The restaurant wasn't as crowded as the last time we visited (ramadan). The staff were really smart and polite. We really loved the food and ambience of the restaurant. The food price was a bit steep for me though.

Highly recommended! We had reserved our table and ordered our menu beforehand for a corporate lunch. The service staff were highly accommodating and even adjusted the menu to our requirements. They were willing to customise their dishes for us, and even prepared the food beforehand to reduce waiting time. All the items were served piping hot and the food was good too. The Naga Dal is recommended. Even though they had reduced the spice level for our foreign guests, the aroma of the naga chilli was there which made it extra flavourful. I look forward to going back and trying their kabab items next. They accept both cash and card. You will have to climb stairs to get to the restaurant, there is no lift. Those with difficulty in climbing stairs should avoid.

A wonderful place for quality Bangladeshi cuisine and Kabab. Their Mezbani Gosh and Kala Bhuna (two varieties of Chittagong traditional beef preparation) are very delicious and authentic. Kabab preparation is also very high standard. A cozy place to hangout and dine with family and friends.

Great place to fulfill your food cravings. The place is quite spacious. You can get different types of cuisines here.

Best and Gaulish Bangla Food service in the city. Price is cooperatively high but service and food taste is very good .

Had the breakfast Thali which was wonderful. Service was top notch and staff were very friendly. Only point of improvement is providing zero cal sweeteners for their tea instead of sugar, for diabetic guests

Traumatised after visiting Hello Dhaka today. Saw the MD beat his staff members in the kitchen with a rod. He was swearing at them and beating them up openly, infront of us. Reported this to the police, dont know if any actions will be taken, I am very concerned about the workers working there. I wish I recorded the incident, but I was scared to death and left the place immediately.

The food was really good, especially the kebabs, their service was also good. The staffs are fast, they served our food in a short time. The atmosphere was cozy, warm and friendly. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you are going to hang your family or friends.

Earlier hariyal kabab, we had enjoyed at india or Indian restaurant at bangladesh. Hello Dhaka started their journey just a year back and has already got popularity for their mouthwatering bengali delicacies. Few of their introduced newly items are Royal Bengal thali, mutton kosha and hariyal kabab. The same is located at Hello Dhaka, 60/D, Road: 131, Gulshan-1.

Good for desi food lovers. bhorta bhaji, daal also available there. specially the coconut chingri is really good. khichuri platter also here. Which was very tasty the platter has outstanding range of food items. for family or group of 4-5 persons this platter would really be a great choice. Price is little bit high.

Nice place to dine in with friend and family. We have ordered Reshmi Kabab, Chicken Cheese Kabab, Chicken Butter Masala and Paratha. Chicken Cheese Kabab is mainly some cheese over Reshmi Kabab. And chef couldn't prepare the Chicken Butter Masala...instead it became Chicken milk like item...They have provided complimentary small portion of Jira Pani and Papad...which were great in taste and definitely added some value. Overall nice experience..except the taste of Chicken milk like item. Their staffs are very friendly and service was good...Will go back again...

Food was average. I tried their Naga daal which wasn’t all that spicy so that was disappointing. Their reshmi kabab was somewhat dry as well. Presentation was interesting and their prices were reasonable.

The rice thali in dinner was awesome. Loved it.

Great food. Nice ambience. Behavior of the staff is incredibly good. Food was so delicious. You will eat till you are full. Khichuri and nasi goreng is must try item. And the masala is the best in town. Everything was so perfect. Crowd free. No reservations are required. In a word a must try restaurant in town.

The food was nothing exceptional but the service was friendly and prompt. I tried their kabab platter and the portions were satisfactory.

Taste of food is excellent, according to the price expected the place to be more clean. So cleanliness could have been way better, air conditioning works less, staff behavior very good, was very late to provide food. Even they were finished with rice when they served our food. Went for a sehri, so may all these were due to rush hour 🙂

Having watched many positive reviews of food reviewers, decided to give it a shot. Went around 9pm. Off the bat, most of the items were unavailable. Would recommend calling beforehand to check for items. Ordered Daab Chingri, Kala Bhuna, steam rice, and begun bhorta. It took almost 30-40 mins to serve the food. The daab chingri was good. The kala bhuna hardly had any proper meat and was full of fatty inedible portions. In half kg of kala bhuna, got a combined total of 3-4 pieces of proper meat. It was quite spicy too. Asked for salad right away which took another 10 minutes to be served. After bill payment, change wasn’t being returned for a long time and lastly had to be asked for at the counter. Overall, only the daab chingri was good and service was average.

Combinations are good and tasty. But a bit overpriced. The amnesty and taste is satisfactory.

Though the food taste was really something different and tasty, but i must say they are overpriced. I didn't get exactly for what they maintain such high price for very traditional bengali foods.

They serve so much delicious food. I ordered their khichuri thali, malai kabab and cereal shrimp. All of them were too much tasty no doubt. I eat softy from their ice cream flavours, sweet lassi and lastly I ordered milk tea. All of the food were so much delicious. I will give them 10 out of 10 for their food.
