This is a commercial building . Public are not allowed there. As the highest building in capital city, the building was my fascination. But a matter of sorrow that I failed each time to enter that building. Even there is no public places like restaurants, that manages a ticket for the building. If you have a car, then an opportunity creates to park on that house but that way is blocked for me. By the way, if you look closely, you can't estimate the height of the building.

The best part of this building is its parking. It has 8 (or may be 10) floor of parking and obviously paid parking. But for office tenants/owners there are some free parking.
