I will not recommend anyone to buy any electronics from there if He/She is searching for the best quality product. I bought an air cooling fan from SV mart BD( Shop #161 & 163 ground floor). It was Jisulife FA 22. And while buying they gave me a "1 year service warranty". Unfortunately after buying it, the fan stopped working properly. So i took it back to them for servicing. But they Charged me 800 tk & a lot of days just for servicing, saying that nobody does that kind of service if the IC got burned. It is clearly written on the warranty that i get 1 year service warranty. Even after the servicing i Didn't get rid of that problem. Just after 2 days the same problem started again. That means they sell faulty things saying that it is branded. They told me to bring the fan again to their shop. But this time i am not being a fool like last time. I wish their product was as good as their behaviour. As a student it took me 4 months of savings to buy that fan, Even cancelled my tour plan for that and now i am completely disappointed at them. I will never buy anything from that shop & from that market.. I hope Allah brings Justice.. NOTE : Above recommendations are all from my experience, others experiences may differ.
